酒店特別差 之前很好 後來換了管理層和老闆後就很差了 中國人住的多價格也貴服務更不上來

تجربة جميلة و فندق رائع و انصح العوائل بارتياده يمتاز المكان بموقع مناسب في شارع حيوي و يتميز بالهدوء و و الغرف نظيفة جدا و خدمة سريعة و منطقة الجلوس جدا رائعة توجد سبا ومسبح سعدت كثيرا بتعامل مع طاقم الموظفين قمه الرقي واللباقه سهوله ف التعامل و سرعه ومبادرة ف تقديم الخدمة

服務很好，也乾淨，就是老酒店，旁邊是超市很方便

房間很大，整潔乾淨！因為飛行時間長，確實累了！床真的很舒服，服務人員也很熱心！很安靜的酒店！ 酒店早餐特別豐富，選擇性強！

Good & Convenient

Except location near Olaya street, every thing was very bad. I can say one of the worst experiences I have ever had in hotel. Not Ean at all. Smelll Dust at night won't make you sleep. Furniture very old. Shower broken. Breakfast terrible. No room cleaning service during my stay. Stuffs not friendly and even can't smile at morning!

I have stayed at the Rand many times, previously called the Coral. Solid common spaces, rooms on par for pricing and breakfast is adequate for a hotel of these level. The only disappointment over the years has been the garbage smell in the lower level pool and gym area. Needs to be better vented as it is a serious negative.

Bad staff, AVOID BREAKFAST The hotel reception staff are not welcoming the guests. They are silent and not friendly. Every time we go through the front desk - they do not even look at us, leave alone smile or talk to us. The breakfast is just terrible. The pastry are all old and not good. The live counter is removed much early than 10 am. The Bangladeshi waiters are rude and not at all helpful to us during breakfast. Except for the location of the hotel everything about this place is BAD.
