this is super excellent service hotel and the best price to included unlimited alcohol and non alcohol drink, dinner , lunch , breakfast . all equipped with different swimming pool, walking behind is the beach side, tennis court, stay in there every moment is partly. hotel walk out 1 minute is main town with full shopping area, bar area. local souk

Fantastisk service. ALL personal trevliga, glada och tillmötesgående. Mysigt och lugnt trots många barnfamiljer. Familjär känsla. Till och med de som bodde på hotellet var jordnära och trevliga människor. Det enda negativa var matsalen och maten. Matsalen ekade och lät mycket, skolmatsalskänsla. Maten var ok, man hittade alltid något, men inte toppklass. Drinkarna var helt fantastiska däremot, likaså kaffet.

Nice hotel in a good location. Nice hotel in a good location. Pleasant and helpful staff, delicious food and always clean restaurant. The family room is spacious, two bathrooms, but the sofa bed in the bedroom is completely unsuitable for sleeping, very uncomfortable.

Bellissimo Tutto perfetto a cominciare dell'accoglienza di Piero che alle 4 di notte ci ha consentito di riposare in un'area dell'hotel in attesa del check in. Posto strategico per muoversi sia con le escursioni organizzate sia noleggiando una macchina. Cibo ottimo, Romeo alla ristorazione è fantastico, il personale tutto, è gentilissimo, cercano ogni modo di venire incontro alle tue richieste cosa che ha fatto amche Tampika e Rena alla reception. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Nice resort, amazing staff. We spent 5 days with the family in Leonardo including two 5 years old kids. It was a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful everywhere in the resort, specially the ladies at the reception desk, Rena and Tsampika did everything in their power to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. There is a great entertainment team around the pool all day long and a show every night in the bar area. As some other reviewers pointed out the rooms and the restaurant can do better to suit a five star resort, but the overall feeling is so nice that you tend to forgive these shortcomings. We are already planning to come back next year.

My wife and I once again spent a relaxing week at this first class resort. All the staff without exception are wonderful, hard working, thoughtful, attentive, friendly and a thoroughly professional collective. Whilst it is impossible to please all guests we found the restaurant offered a varied selection of quality fayre that was well prepared and well presented. The individual plated fresh and crispy items on the salad bar enabled you to put together a selection of just what you wanted rather than having to pick out what you may not like. The desserts were plentiful as was the choice of ice cream complimented with a selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast was a joy due to the lovely lady always smiling as she tirelessly prepared fresh omelettes. When considered as a whole the combination of positive factors on offer at this 5 star Greek establishment are just superb. Looking at some of the reviews a few negative aspects have been documented. It is just a shame that the persons affected did not raise their concerns with the staff as where possible everything that could be done would have been to resolve their issues. If staff and management are not made aware of niggles the opportunity to fix and improve the experience for all is just lost. The owners and management are aware that some of the rooms are a little tired but upgrades both in and around the hotel are on the horizon. Would not hesitate to return and shall look forward to our next visit as the minor negatives far outweigh the overwhelming number of positives. Thank you All.

Where do I start ? This was our 2nd trip to this wonderful hotel this year. 4th time in total. The staff on arrival welcome us like family members which is great and takes away any worries that things may have changed. The lads on the bar George and Pavlos spotted me walking in and a beer was promptly placed in my hand before even checking in -Superb service. We had a swim up room which was very nice with a large bathroom/shower (Jet wash ) Food was excellent quality and my favorite was the omelette which is made to order and absolutely delicious by a lovely lady who always had a welcome smile. Christos the restaurant manager and all his fantastic staff always there to share a smile and deliver amazing service all day long. The pool area with Sakis on the bar was great not once did we have to fight for a sunbed and the service by the team outside was again superb. Alot of people may have different opinions but this is mine. Finally the hotel manager Elena. Brilliant and funny host who bought us all a little gift and made us feel very special, See pictures below I love this hotel and it's location in centre of Kolymbia and without doubt will be back in May. Hope I haven't missed anything still gutted I'm back in rainy England. See you next year.

Fajny hotel, blisko plaży. Obsługa pomocna. Byliśmy bardzo dużą grupą. Minus za brak możliwości przygotowania lunchboxow na wynos w dniu wycieczki. Na duży plus animacje - Alan dostosowywał się do gości hotelowych, bez względu na wiek każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Świetnie się bawiliśmy. Wszak było nas prawie 30 osób :) Tu jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni i będziemy ten czas bardzo miło wspominać

Super wakacje! Czyste pokoje, świetna pogoda, pyszne jedzenie i zabawy dla wszystkich – to naprawdę idealny przepis na udane wakacje. Animacje były dobrze zorganizowane, a Pan Alan dbał o rozrywkę dla całej rodziny. Cieszę się, że wyjazd okazał się takim sukcesem!

This hotel was really nice. We were upgraded to the swim up pool room which was rather nice. The only downside is unfortunately the sun is not on it for long. We did use the pool though because we like the cold water and it was a definately colder than the main pool. The main pool was so nice and rhe beds are comfy. Even in October 24/25 degrees it was hot and you wouod need to cool off in the pool. They had walk in steps to the pool as well as the climb down steps. The entertainment by Alan was great (he said he was from Poland) he would give a ten minute warning for water polo, football, beach volley ball, boules, tennis and ping ping etc and he worked hard day and night with the entertainment. It was good fun actually and the other guests were all so nice that we met and chatted to while participating in games. Also don't miss quiz night it was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and chatty and you can get prosecco which was rather good and lots of different cocktails. Certain brands you would need to pay for. The amaretto was nice so I wasn't bothered it wasn't Dissorano. If you want to drink past midnight you have to pay to upgrade the wrist band from what I heard. I also discovered the lemon slushy from the pool was nice with tequila in it. That was a suggestion made to me by Sakis who worked the pool bar. He was so lovely and was trying to help me pronouncing the greek words I was trying to use. The food was great, I haven't been happy with all inclusive in the past due to the food. I couldnt fault the food. There is lots of choice. Lots of pork, but also chicken, beef, fish and vegetable dishes. I liked the fact they had a lower counter so kids could help themselves to spaghetti bolognaise or the other dishes that children might prefer to eat. The only suggestion is to have the ham and cheese slices that are out at breakfast and have those out at lunchtime as well so that they can be added to salad. Also keep the toastie machine out at lunch for toastie sandwiches. The rooms were nice enough but maybe could do with a bit of an update but the beds were very comfortable. Also the towels are not very big so I used a pool towel instead because it was much bigger. I like large shower towels so they could do with providing bigger towels. The beach is close by you walk out the back of the hotel and not to the marina part but the road heading to the right ish and your there in 5 minutes. Apparently they will golf buggy you there if you want to. I would recommend this hotel. I am not sure about when it's very busy in the summer and queuing for drinks but October there was hardly a queue.

Séjour parfait. Personnel au top, d'une grande gentillesse et très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, propre, literie confortable. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant et tout son personnel, du responsable de salle aux cuisiniers, sans oublier les serveuses. Plats bien cuisinés, variés, de qualité... rien à redire. Nous étions 11 et avons tous apprécié cet hôtel

Well this is our second time at this hotel and we had a wonderful time the staff are wonderful always there to help us and the hotel is spotless clean well done The only criticise I have the food is amazing lots of choice but it need to be a bit hotter for us and the sunbed are getting a bit tired looking definitely need some new ones But overall I would definitely come back Love the entertainment this year well done for that they is so much around this hotel it’s definitely worth a stay

Everything what we expected we had. We came to relax and this hotel was the best choice. Stuff very helpful and hardworking. Hotel was clean and peaceful. Food better than home. Two beaches next to the hotel. During our stay there was one animator Alan who do the best job. We enjoyed balls water polo and musical quiz as well as shows from outside. Big thank you for making our stay unforgettable for every stuff member.
