Otelin konumu havaalanından transfer yapacaklar için iyi ancak şehir merkezinden uzak. Şehrin ulaşımı iyi olduğu için sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı imkanı var ancak bize hitap etmediği için tercih etmedik. Genel temizliği iyiydi. Sabaha doğru çıksın yaparsanız resepsiyonda kimse olmuyor.

機場這邊有兩個Premier inn,提醒大家地圖搜尋時不要跑錯了(像我一樣…)。酒店就在機場周邊,早上開車去機場還車點還挺方便的,但是如果要去BP加油再還車提醒大家早出發一會兒因為M9的轉盤早高峯有點兒堵車。酒店停車不免費,一晚上7-8磅,進酒店前有自助繳費機(跑錯酒店交兩遍停車費實慘)。酒店bar的小哥人非常nice!!行動力超強也健談!

酒店環境: 獨棟房子,沒有特別高,可停車,符合機場酒店風格和便利性。重要的是,到機場衹有10分鐘。 衞生:乾淨整潔,中規中矩。 服務:工作人員還蠻熱情解答問題。

I chose this hotel because there is a flight the next day, very close to the airport, there may be some noise, the hotel is a little old but well-equipped.

I am appalled by the service at the Premier Inn Edinburgh Airport (M9, J1). A family member booked the rooms for a matchday weekend trip. When they arrived around 3pm there were no members of staff available and both self check in machines were out of order. One of the machines stayed out of order throughout our stay. There was no member of staff manning the bar for over 20 minutes. We booked dinner for Saturday night in the restaurant at 8pm. We struggled to get a taxi back from the rugby match but called ahead to the hotel at 19:54 to say that we’ll be due to arrive at the restaurant by 20:12. When we arrived at 20:06 there was no one to take us to the table. When a member of staff finally did arrive they informed us that our table was no longer available and we’d have to return at 20:45. There were plenty of empty tables within the restaurant at the time. There were six of us in our party including an autistic child (wearing a sunflower lanyard) and a diabetic. Whilst less than ideal, the only other local eatery is a mcdonalds so we begrudgingly waited. When we returned to the restaurant, we were seated at one of the still empty tables, had our drinks and food order taken and everything seemed fine. We then waited half an hour after finishing our mains before a member of our group tried to find a member of staff to clear the plates and take our dessert order. We were informed by the hotel duty manager that the kitchen closed at 21:00 and couldn't order any more food or drinks. There wasn't even a member of staff to give us our bill or take payment. It is absolutely ridiculous that they gave the table away for being 6 mins late even after we were courteous enough to let them know we were running late, to make us wait despite there being several empty tables in the restaurant and then to book us in at 20:45 knowing that the kitchen was only open until 9pm. They were all too cowardly to even tell us in advance of the kitchen closure as we could have ordered our desert choices in advance. The next morning the bill was unceremoniously presented to an older member of the family when they went for breakfast (instead of myself as the person who booked the table) and the staff tried to pressure that member into paying the full bill without letting them check the details were correct. We were absolutely disgusted by the staff: duty managers (lady with short blonde hair, and Evaline I think) and the serving staff Scott who tried pressuring the family member into paying and Amanda who, whilst pleasant enough when serving, didn't tell us the kitchen would be closing and just abandoned us to go home part way through our meal. I certainly would NOT recommend this hotel for any stays in Edinburgh and it is certainly not family or neurodiverse friendly.

My car was booked in at a local car garage so I went to the hotel to get breakfast and a space to work on my laptop. Firstly, the staff are so genuinely welcoming and caring - it's clear to see they're determined to do a great job and make sure everyone is satisfied - how lovely is that! I was given the chance to select exactly what I wanted from the menu to order a cooked breakfast option and tailor it to what I wanted. The waitress took my order and guided me to the juices, hot drinks and continental and self serve menu too. The cooked breakfast was freshly cooked to order. The breakfast was nothing short of superb, faultless and so delicious! I know I'm quite picky and more often than not don't fully enjoy a cooked breakfast although order once in a while. What a winner! It was that good, I past on my compliments to the lady who was waiting on to let the chef know and how much id enjoyed being there. So Susan who i believe cooked this for me, the most delicious and best cooked breakfast ever! Everything was perfect, and piping hot too! You're a gem! Thank you... I will be back :)

Parking is extra 7 pounds a day no reception basically a self service hotel!! Rooms weren’t made up even if requested, had to request clean towels and mugs tea and coffee etc. nothing wrong than working all day then having to go and hunt for clean accessories

I booked the premier inn as it is known for its comfort and value for money, I only needed a room for 2 nights as I would be out and about all day. The hotel was fine and fulfilled all expectations except one. When I have stayed here in the past the parking was free. But this time I had to pay for parking at a rate of £7.00 per night. I believe that premier inn have sold off their car park to another company. I would have appreciated it if the premier inn website had made this fact more obvious, because I dont recall it saying dont forget you will need to pay for parking on arrival. If it had said that and told me what the cost would be, at least then it would have been expected. No on likes to pay extra when you think you have factored in all your costs. I am disabled and my car is a necessity and public transport is not an option, I understand that paying for parking has an element of trying to dissuade people from using their cars but for the disabled that kind of thinking means that this charge is more like a tax as there is not option as public transport is not an option for most of us when we are travelling on our own.

Used this hotel since it opened in 2010 as a great place to visit with friendly staff for which nothing is ever a problem, also has a short distance to get a bus into town and murrayfield and staff can help advise on which service to get to your destination

I have just returned from the hotel where I stayed for 7 days and I've got to say all the staff are truly amazing Laura Steve and jenn are truly wonderful people and I would recommend this hotel due to the kindness they showed me through the whole of my stay they work tirelessly to make sure everyone is happy I can't wait to see them all again ❤️
