The Prime London Hotel

A very nice room , at a convenient location, wonderful staff. Best hotel at this location and value for money

The service and personnel at the reception were caring, attentive and efficient, specially through the check-in and check-out process. The hotel was very well-kept, the room was very big –specially considering the price, which was very good for London–, and everything was very clean. The room had a complementary tea and biscuit offering, which I used gladly, and they included two filled bottles of water, while pointing out that a coffee machine and free water was available in the reception hall 24/7, which I feel the need to mention. The room also included a Smart TV with all the popular streaming services downloaded and the BBC app working. Taking all of that into account, I do need to say that the value for money when booking this hotel is amazing, I was very satisfied and I can very much recommend it. I had an amazing experience in it, I sincerely believe my money was very well spent and I really recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in London, you'll be satisfied!

nice staff， cleaning room，everything good

The receiptionists (I forgot to ask both names, one of them is with glasses) were very kind and accomodating. The one with glasses even helped with my bags when I checked out. They provided the best room for my one night stay. There were complimentary coffees (from coffee maker and/or nescafe sachet) and teas that you can make for yourself near the receptionist counter. Best of all, they offer you complimentary fruits! The room is clean and the bed is really nice (I am particular about bed as I sometimes find it hard to fall asleep while travelling). Overall, love my experience and I can firmly say, it is really worth what I am paying for! ☺️ My favorite part is this hotel is really near to The Muffin Man Tea shop! ❤️ Love the experience and I have recommended this place to my good friends.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location - a safe and quiet area. Good room for too people, with a nice and clean bathroom. We also had a small kitchen. Great value for this London area. Close to the tube station and good shops. Would definitely consider it next time.

Lovely and clean, helpful and friendly staff, will come back when visiting London next, highly recommended

Friendly staff and room exactly as per website photos but too small and cramped with inadequate sound proofing between rooms. Ok but wouldn’t rush back

There’s a grumpy receptionist sometimes. The room is classic and cozy. Location is good enough

Had a really good stay at The Prime Hotel at Earls Court . I found it quiet , comfortable, plentiful and with a couple of additional nice touches that will see me sure to return . One being the polite call from reception to check in that I was happy with the room having been given time to settle , the other being the fridge that came with the room . Once a mainstay of all hotel rooms , I found it a godsend as I have meds that I need to keep cool . The hotel is a stones throw from the railway station and close to a parade of restaurants and shops , but in no way noisy as these are a 2 minute walk away along Hogarth Road . Perfect
