服務人員非常熱情 酒店環境也很好 就是房間裏面設施太陳舊，加上餐食味道一般 提供機場接送服務 感覺網球場迷你高爾夫都沒有人維護

it's a fabulous staying there, the reception manager a gentle man received me well, he said I hoped you would come again, this is your family stay, we will wait you again, it's a life.time memory. my stay there there was only one Chinese family in the whole hotel, I felt so honored. it's a magic and gorgeous country and hotel. thanks! if chances, I would visit there

性價比很高，還升級了房型為海景房，前台也很幽默，吃的選擇特別多，每次都吃撐，游泳池有好幾個，並且有私人沙灘

房間還行，酒店自己的海灘不錯👍，國人基本看不到，歐洲遊客很多，出門不方便，做好叫不到車的準備

Hotel exceptionnel et staff des plus agréable Sans oublié Abou Raslan pour les sorties en bateaux et les excursion sans oublié mina et Adel. Il y a aussi Ahmed à la chicha et le must Ferid Chawki pour les chambres. Hotel exceptionnelllllllllll!!!!!!!!!

Excellent accueil, hôtel très bien situé, front office manager Kannan très professionnel et accueillant, équipe très sympathique, prof de Tennis Heinman super pro et sympa, belles chambres, panorama sur les montagnes parfait, école de kite au bout de l’hôtel, personnel très souriant et serviable

Wat een topvakantie! We hebben echt 10 heerlijke dagen gehad in het Palm Royale Resort in Soma Bay. Vanaf het begin voelde alles goed. Het eten was lekker en gevarieerd – elke dag weer iets nieuws en alles even vers en warm. We hebben echt genoten van elke maaltijd. Aanrader: het Aziatisch restaurant. Ook viel het meteen op hoe schoon alles was. De kamers, het zwembad, het strand… alles werd supergoed bijgehouden. En het personeel? Echt geweldig. Iedereen was vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd in voor een praatje of om even te helpen. Van de managers tot de bediening in het restaurant. Dat maakt echt het verschil. Wat we ook echt als een groot pluspunt hebben ervaren, was de rust en privacy op het strand. Geen gedoe met bedjes claimen of drukte – gewoon ontspannen in alle rust. Kortom: we hebben genoten van begin tot eind!

The rooms are nice, the food is great and the staff awsome. Especially Mahmoud from the main restaurant. He is the best, smiles all the time and makes sure that you have everything you need on your table. Also the beach is one of the most beautiful with clean water and nice sand.

The resort looks nice, with a lot of green areas and many activities to do. We got a renovated room, which was also ok. The disappointment comes for the food and beverages part. The included wine is served in tiny glasses with bag in box wine, fortunately you have a small list of extracharged wines you can buy separately. All sodas are draft, which is really tasteless. Cocktails i can not even mention. The food is mediocre in variety and dishes. Very limited culinary area. Despite the fact that rooms and common areas are clean, the main restaurants cleaning procedure is very low in standards, they just change the fork and leave the mess on the table.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am flachen Sandstrand des Roten Meeres. Man kann von hier aus direkt in ein Boot steigen, um an einem der nahgelegenen Riffe zu schnorcheln. Das Servicepersonal ist zuvorkommend und nett. Wir kamen mit Englisch überall zurecht, teilweise spricht man auch deutsch.

Another year at our happy place! This is the 6th time we have stayed here and ready to book for next year! A huge thank you to Kannan and all the team always so helpful and kind. The food is amazing and the hotel is always spotless the pools are amazing the beach is gorgeous. You can do as much or as little as you want. My partner goes for the kite surfing at the on site surf school and the team at Surf Point always look after you really well. I prefer to relax on the beach in the quite zone with a good book and cocktail! 🍹. See you next year! 💕

We are currently on vacation at this hotel. We have just received a great renovated room with a view of the pools and the sea. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly, from the cleaning staff to the manager. Everywhere you go, people greet you, and if you need help, everyone assists with a smile. The girls at the reception speak various languages and are genuinely friendly, helping with all questions and advice. The animators are friendly with children and guests. They engage with the kids, and our little one even forgot about the pools for a few days and went to play with the animators. A special thanks for the food—it’s amazing, and the desserts are simply heavenly. The tap water is softened, most likely with filters installed. My husband really enjoyed the massages. I was enchanted by the owner of the papyrus shop, we left with gifts and incredibly interesting stories. The perfume shop also impressed us. The à la carte restaurants are wonderful, especially the Greek and Italian ones, and a special thank you to the staff working there. The camel, Casanova, and his caretaker, Mylo, won our and the children's hearts. The territory is large, and there’s plenty of space to walk after a hearty dinner. There are live concerts, evening shows, and dances for the kids. The coastline is beautiful, with comfortable sunbeds and wind protection. Our family has no complaints; we love everything. We will definitely cry when we leave, but we still have three days left, so we will enjoy the remaining time. A special thank you from Lina and her family from Lithuania.
