This hotel has some new rooms and some old rooms and this is a special hotel in Alexandria and I think you should visit hahahahahahabahahamahahba

Очень хороший охраняемый гостиничный комплекс ЗА городом. Красивое чистое безопасное место. Комната классная, все новое, но у меня был душ, а не ванная, как заявлено на фото номера. Завтрак восхитительный, большой выбор выпечки, сыров, фруктов, овощей, напитков.. очень внимательный и приятный персонал. Заселение в 15.00 , но мы получили комнату около 18 вечера((. Ещё на месте выяснилось, что требуется доплата, неизвестно за что.. этим вопросом занималась служба Trip, поэтому я не очень расстроилась. Все развлечения в отеле платные - бильярд, аэрохоккей, теннис, гольф. Бассейн на крыше с подогревом! Жаль никто не сказал об этом, я нашла его только к концу второго дня пребывания. Сложно вызвать такси, это далеко от города. Нужно долго ждать. Из города тоже не все хотят туда ехать.

Overall nice experience... especially with Mr.Mark.. His hospitality and service is appreciated. Room cleanliness is very nice.House keeping is good. Will recommend the stay and happy with thier service. Overall nice experience with this stay...

We loved everything. The rooms were cozy & have all the required amenities. The service was outstanding. The staff is friendly and very helpful specially Mr Moustafa at the restaurant and his team and Mr Mark who helped us with everything. Highly recommended for business stay.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Radisson Blu, un établissement 5 étoiles qui présente des avantages, mais également plusieurs points à améliorer. Pour commencer avec les aspects négatifs, la propreté laissait à désirer, notamment derrière les portes où nous avons trouvé de la saleté. L'hôtel est également situé loin de tous les commerces, ce qui peut poser problème si vous n'êtes pas véhiculé. De plus, il n'y a pas de plage à proximité, ce qui peut être décevant pour un séjour en bord de mer à Alexandrie. Enfin, le parking est facturé à 70 livres par jour, un coût qui, pour un établissement de cette catégorie, serait mieux inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Au restaurant Khan, nous avons également constaté un service très long, ce qui a affecté notre expérience gastronomique. Autre point déroutant, les mêmes agents de sécurité nous demandaient à chaque entrée ou sortie de l'hôtel à qui appartenait notre voiture, même après plusieurs interactions. Cependant, l'hôtel propose aussi des points positifs : la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et le personnel s'est montré très aimable et serviable tout au long de notre séjour. L'hôtel offre également un buffet à 14 euros, gratuit pour les enfants, ce qui est un plus appréciable pour les familles. Toutefois, il est important de noter que l'hôtel est éloigné du centre d'Alexandrie, donc il est fortement conseillé d'être véhiculé pour se déplacer facilement.

To start with, the team is very hospitable and friendly , rooms are vast and comfortable, clean and welcoming , conference was successful and well very organized with diverse coffee breaks and lovely lunch. Meetings very well equipped with state of the art tech. Breakfast at the main restaurant was so welcoming, smiling and helpful , I should also mention the kitchen team also the eggs station staff were very efficient. Pool staff , Security, reception, bell captains, service team , stewards, all made our stay to remember . Well done and keep it up
