到達後酒店臨時話所有房間已滿, 被要求入住另一間需要再坐15分鐘車程的地方, 新位置未興建好, 房間設施不完善, 沖涼水時冷時熱, 有時完全無熱水, 水喉有時也無水, 沖涼位置無去水位, 廁所水浸, 冷氣機無法調溫度, 房間太凍, 無法入睡, 同時整間房都是塵, 完全不建議入住

開窗就見金字塔，主要是老闆熱情，服務周到，很愉快的一次入住

我是單獨一個人，所以為了圖方便加個便宜，找了這麼一家酒店，但是服務人員挺熱情的，就是酒店環境不太好，一般吧

以下是本人當天在入住酒店時拍的真實圖片和視頻，當天入住的房間4樓。酒店位置：開羅交通方便。酒店設施：自己看一下圖片，是當天入住拍的。床品和布草看圖，床蠻舒服的，但是第二天身上有起雞皮嘎噠，可能有小蟲咬了，3天才好。酒店裝修：自己看圖。洗手間：也可以看金字塔。下午餐在他家吃的，上午走時給了男孩250埃磅午餐費，他説找不開，帶我去外面找零錢。酒店服務人員：個人覺得很有服務意識，入住期間挺蠻意的，剛到馬上上杯果汁，非常熱情。酒店的圖片與實際入住的房間圖片相符。窗外可以看到金字塔，很方便

Just completed from my stay at a Pyramid View, and I have to really express my thankful gratitude for the care taking during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest hospitality. The owner went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, they also noted my room request and arranged exactly the viewing I requested for, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The guest house itself is modest yet cozy, unavoidably there might be a bit worn but it does mot affect my stay at all. I’m sure they have done their best to make it happen. But the real standout was the exceptional care and hospitality provided by the place. They were so friendly and genuinely ensuring I had a wonderful time. They offered excellent arrangement for my local travel in reasonable prices, and even helped me plan a day trip based on my interests. Breakfast each morning with a variety of fresh, homemade items, and went the extra mile to accommodate. I left a pyramid view guest house feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you.

Nous avons eu du mal à trouvé l’hôtel mais le responsable est venu nous chercher , il a été très disponible et il nous a très bien accueilli . La chambre est un peu vieille mais la vue est sublime.

民宿的老闆人是非常好的，但是前台的小哥就不是很誠實。帶我去買麥當勞，然後直接問我可不可以幫她買漢堡和薯條。我當時以為他可能沒有帶錢，只是代付還和他確定了，那你一會兒給我，結果到我退房的時候他也沒有給我錢。麥當勞確實比較遠，我也可以給他小費，但是請他吃麥當勞，我覺得就沒有什麼必要，因為其實麥當勞在埃及是不便宜的。這家酒店的房費只有一百多一個晚上，但是這個麥當勞差不多就是四十幾人民幣的樣子。不過老闆是還蠻熱情的，這家酒店是非常性價比的一個選擇。就衹要好好的住着就可以了。離金字塔步行大概15分鐘左右吧。
