"Absolutely amazing stay at LemonTree. We landed early morning and requested a early check in. This was a busy weekend and the staff went out of the way to quickly arrange a room for us. As others have pointed out the premises is well maintained and rooms are neat n clean. Beds are comfy. The staff are courteous and polite, always smiling and checking on our stay. I didnt try the breakfast but we order a salad and coffee which was good. The staff also accommodated a paid late check out even though they were fully booked. The location is central as well. Easy to commute through out the city. I will definitely stay again."

"So, let’s consider it as a luxurious hotel as they charge ₹9x of MRP for a Diet Coke and they charge 5% service charge to give it at your doorstep . Now, let’s list down the issues: 1. 30% discount for outsiders if they book dinner table through Dineout, zero for guests because we are guests. 2. Takes a zillion years to get water - the room service number doesn’t work. 3. Extended my stay till 5 PM, paid extra, but they didn’t clean the room as I was checking out. 4. No hair dryer, no room slippers. 5. Doesn’t give a stirrer and extra cups; takes longer than usual to get another one. 6. Food has a lot of soda in it and is oily like the food from a local, unhygienic dhaba would be. This is an unfortunate place where you spend a lot of money and don’t get a dime of service."

"The hotel is nice and spacious - large rooms however the down side was the noise due to the ongoing renovations - they should have informed guests at the time of booking , which they did not ! That spoilt the impression of the hotel . The breakfast is good as is the fitness centre and Salon - getting out of the property is an issue due to roadworks and traffic . Would like to recommend Nitin in the gym , Shreya at Guest relations, Varun at Breakfast and Naushad at Levo Salon - they were very helpful."
