"Hotel with a beautiful garden, very comfortable beds and a good size room. In general very clean and remodeled bathrooms. In general, the comfort is good. The staff lacks friendliness, not very cordial, they lack training in customer service (reception). We ordered a box since we left early because we traveled to Argentina and the truth is that it was very fome (a dry ham cheese crumb bread without butter, a watts juice, a child's cereal and the only thing that was delicious was a small brownie). The location is good for us because it is closer to the international road, but it is far from the center if you are going to stay in Pucón. They have some jars that you can use by paying separately."

"Stayed for two nights as part of our Chilean tour. Immaculately clean, spacious room and very helpful staff. Excellent location in a quiet area of the town and easy parking. Room view of the volcano was amazing. Definitely one of the nicest places to stay."

Lucky's Hostel

"I'd like to commend Sebastián and Esperanza, as they are truly exceptional hosts. To say they were kind is an understatement. They treated us like royalty and were incredibly accommodating, even when we arrived later than planned. They even allowed us to store our luggage in the room before check-in and after check-out. "The host is a wonderful kind person. She fully understood my problems with a flight delay and and was incredibly kind in accommodating my changes. She even gave me a bigger room than I had booked when she saw the amount of luggage I had. She prepared an early breakfast to accommodate my schedule. The place is very comfortable, and very clean. It is in a very convenient location. It has been a wonderful experience for me. I will definitely go back here when I am back in Pucón. And I strongly recommend it!"
