"Mukava sijainti, upea uima-allas ja puutarha, mutta merenrantaranta ei ole paras lapsille. Standard-huoneet ovat hieman vanhoja, mutta hotelli on remontoitu, ja jotkut lisäkorjaukset voisivat tehdä tästä paikasta todella taivaan kaltaisen. Jotkut ihmiset ovat todella mukavia, mutta vastaanotot ovat joskus hitaita."

"Overall an excellent trip. We requested an interconnecting room which they couldn’t guarantee until arrival. Location is good if you want to avoid the crowds. Pretty good for families."

"This is the 3rd time at this hotel but the last time was about 8 years ago. We decided to book a deluxe room in the main building and requested a certain room on 2 occasions, first time in person and second time by Facebook messenger (got no reply). We arrived at the hotel late at night and there was a grumpy reception guy who sent us up to our room! We pulled the suitcases up to our room whilst he watched as there was no lift and we had our elderly mother with us. We then arrived in the room and only 2 beds. The reception guy was very very rude stating that's what we had booked!! Of course it wasn't as there were 3 adults... he eventually went and looked for some sheets for us to make some sort of bed on a hard sofa. As previous reviews, there is barely any storage in the new rooms if there are more than 2 people. ** please also note they charge you an extra 10 euros a night for air conditioning *** even though we upgraded our rooms and were half board. Rooms are cleaned every day but towels and sheets changed every other day. There is no hairdryer or hand soap in your rooms so take these with you. We stayed half board but please note this is not a buffet and you only get to choose one meal from a menu. The staff in the restaurant are lovely but feel the menu does need looking at as no real healthy options for breakfast. The pool has been renovated since we were last there and is much nicer, but this is not heated. Sunbeds do get reserved despite signs all over but the hotel do not enforce this. Beach towels are not provided The location of the hotel is good and 5 mins walk from the main strip. We had a nice week but I would not return to this hotel as I feel there is much better. Maybe bed and breakfast would have been better."

"Although the rooms are dated ie needs sockets both sides of the bed and a bath only fit for a leprechaun, they are a good size with comfy beds and the shower was both powerful and consistently hot. The hotel itself was very spacious and always spotless with a very nice sized pool bigger than most we have walked past with plenty of sunbeds to go around without crowding the actual pool itself. All the food available was always varied day to day, of very good quality and cooked well ( I need to diet when home it was just so good, especially the hot chocolate cake ) thanks to the head man who was always available and very friendly. The staff themselves were what made the hotel so pleasant overall, from the start of the day till end of night they never stopped but always had a smile and greeting especially the ones in the restaurant areas. One person above all stood out and that was David who always had a smile, was personable and very helpful (even looked up and old remedy for heartburn for my wife whilst we were at dinner) The hotel are very lucky to have him and so were we. A perfect host. If you stay definitely look for him and say hi from us Stuart and Lorraine from the UK."

"Kiva pienehkö hotelli hyvin lähellä Fig tree bay- rantaa (100 m), lähin apteekki 10 m, ruokakauppa 20 m, bussipysäkki hotellin edustalla, useampia ravintoiloita. Lapsiperheenä saimme loft-huoneiston erillisestä rakennuksesta omalla ulkoterassilla. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, perushyvä aamiainen, toimiva ilmastointi, ilmaiset allaspyyhkeet päivittäin kaikille. "Perfect family break! We’ve just got home from a short stay at the Maris Grand and we genuinely had a fantastic time. The hotel was spotless, the food was great and the new management have set really high standards. The staff really made our stay, with drinks waiter service in the indoor bar and the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Shoutouts to the ladies in the restaurant and the bar staff who made sure everything was perfect for all of the guests."
