"Coconut Pointe Villa on hämmästyttävä paikka! Ilmapiiri on rentouttava ja kauniisti suunniteltu, täydellinen rauhallinen retreat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja huolellinen, varmista, että meillä oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Villa on tilava, puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty, hämmästyttävä näkymät, jotka lisäävät kokemusta. Nautimme rauhallisista ympäristöstä ja yksityisyydestä, joka tarjoaa, tekee siitä ihanteellisen sekä rentoutumiseen että hauskaa. Olitpa haluat rentoutua uima-allas tai tutkia lähellä olevia nähtävyyksiä, Coconut Pointe Villa on kaikki. Suosittelen sitä erittäin mielekästä kaikille, jotka haluavat olla muistollinen ja miellyttävä oleskelu. Se oli vain vibe 🥳"

"I had always love staying in Accruase Paradise for the past 5 years. My last stay this 2025 was very unpleasant! Breakfast and customer service was very very poor. During breakfast, no water or juice was provided and when I inquired, I was informed that water had to be ordered separately. In my opinion, water should be included with meals as a basic courtesy and safety measure, especially since someone could easily choke without access to water. My daughter didn’t finished her food because the bread was dried and she had to eat it without water. The next morning we woke up to find a pool of water just outside our door. We had to walk through it in order to access the down stairs for our breakfast, which was quite inconvenient. On our second day in the afternoon, there was construction work taking place near our room, and we had to crawl on our knees to access our room due to obstructed walkways. During the evening, construction was still ongoing, and we were unable to access our room to take shower or even change our clothes after a lot day. I’ve always enjoyed staying at Accruase Residence and have even spoken highly of it to others, including my family. When I complained to management I was told I was entitled to 2 bottles a day which I never received any. Unfortunately, their experience has been less than satisfactory. I will not stay at this place again and will not recommend this place again. I have already complained to them and provided feedback in the hope that it will contribute to improving guest experiences in the future for future guests ."
