Very good hotel ,especially the reception lady Sonia she is very helpful and so kind, I hope to come back again.

酒店門頭特別小，司機帶我繞了兩圈都沒找到，在導航附近下車，自己拖着行李箱走了三五分鐘找到了。 電梯非常小且老舊，衹能容納2、3個人。 房間很大，空間很大，有獨立洗手間和獨立浴室，卻是和隔壁房間一起共用的。 每次進出廁所，都要帶着鑰匙和必需品。晚上不出門，怕撞到隔壁房間的人。

The reception stuffs were kind and polite. The key of the room was old and difficult to use. There’s not much amenity but overall it was good.

Great breakfast, wifi could be a little bit better but thank u for the possibility of late checkout :)

Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo Hotel Le receptionist gentilissime. Ci hanno dato consigli su dove andare a mangiare qualcosa di tipico e inoltre sono state disponibili a darci informazioni sulla città e su cosa visitare. La stanza l'abbiamo trovata comoda, spaziosa e ben riscaldata.

Booked via Wowcher £99 deal. Uber from the airport was less than £20. Don’t pay the extra for an airport taxi via Uber as it’s literally 10 steps over the crossing into the car park. Located outside the centre but a great location on the train line. Only 30 CZK (£1) to get to the station outside the hotel with a McDs across the road, what more could you ask for?! The rooms are old and basic but Prague is a city to be explored so it does the job!

This hotel’s location is absolutely perfect—just 60 meters from the Metro station! You can also hop on a tram just around the corner, making it incredibly easy to explore all of Prague. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the tea and coffee facilities, the well-stocked toiletries in the bathroom, and the lovely balcony, which was a great touch. The staff were exceptional—friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. A special mention to Elizabeth at reception and the two wonderful young ladies at breakfast who made our mornings even better. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from! As a bonus, we received a Prague Pass, giving us discounts at various attractions, which was a thoughtful addition to our stay. The highlight of our trip was the surprise bottle of wine and the lovely card celebrating our wedding anniversary—such a kind and thoughtful gesture! To top it off, upon checkout, we were given a gift voucher and a Prague magnet—a perfect souvenir to remember our trip. How awesome is this hotel? We will definitely be returning! Staff muito simpático e útil. Pequeno almoço pouco variado mas o suficiente para qualquer bom pequeno almoço. Restaurante só funciona de manhã, mas existem variados mercados perto e um Mc Donald’s. Estivemos 3 noites e o quarto foi bem limpo sendo trocado sempre que preciso as toalhas e a roupa de cama.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very professional and helpful, especially Sonya and Vika, who were particularly kind and attentive. Their friendliness made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great location. Just 60m from Metro. From here you can take Metro to center or airport easily. Breakfast is great with many choices. Receptionists are helpful that recommended us very good local restaurant. The room is very big and comfortable. We had a great experience here. Will come back for the next trip

Lovely hotel! Perfect location, good breakfasts, clean comfortable rooms, friendly stuff, everything was great! They even congratulated one of my friends on his birthday and that was very sweet:) We also got this card that provides a lot of discounts. Recommend!

Been there recently with my friends. Hotel is nice, reception is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are tasty and varied. Location is really really convenient, takes like 5-7 minutes to the center by metro. The only inconvenience is the elevator:(

Thank you very much, it was my first time in Europe , in Prague , i really enjoyed a time there . City is amazing, reception recommend me lot of the places, restaurants and museums. The Hotel was so good , breakfast is delicious, staff so kind .I had double room, it was very clean, staff also gave me present as compliment, it was wine , (red). I have got Prague pass, as they told me , it’s their identical card of the company , and i have got a discount for three places with this card . Actually i had a lot of the presents for a whole stay , first of all it was a voucher for a welcome drink in the hotel, second of all also voucher for a welcome drink in the hotel , in restaurant “Panorama” , and then prague pass. When i did check out , they gave me voucher minus 20 euro discount for a next trip, reservation in their hotel . THANK YOU Charles Central Team
