對於一個經濟型酒店，本來就沒有很高期待，可是這間也實在有點超出預期的差，電話打了一天都沒人接，入住三晚完全沒有搞過衞生，廁所與浴室分開，有個小地毯，看樣子長時間沒有更換過

I'm s little scared because the no one answered the phone but in the end the reception is open 24h. The room isn't bad for the price. Totally clean, only smells a little cigarette, especially to me and my wife don't smoke. In the end, not a bad choice.

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The women at reception is rude and can’t speak english! Demanded a €6 bedroom tax off me even through I paid a €10 tax through the booking operator! I went to pay this €6 tax with me my card but they only took cash,I said no problem will sort it out soon. Every time I seen her she would yell “You owe me €6 today” “I want my money today” this is absolutely disgusting treatment of a customer! The hotel its self was dirty and the smell of smoke was in every corner of the building as the women downstairs chain smoked 24/7! I tried to leave the window open but the noise from outside was constant! The bed sheets were damp and the bathroom was so small you couldn’t move to shower! AVOID this hotel at all cost! Rude,Dirty and constant smell of smoke!

I recently booked a two-night stay at this hotel in Porto, expecting a comfortable and welcoming environment. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it, leading me to cut my visit short and seek accommodations elsewhere. Upon arrival, the pervasive **stench of cigarette smoke** was immediately apparent, permeating every corner of the property. The room assigned to me was in a **terrible state**; the shower was broken, and the toilet seat was close to detaching completely. The situation turned worse by the staff’s behavior. When I attempted to set out and explore the city, the person in charge **confronted me aggressively**, insisting that I leave the room key at the front desk. Her English was limited, and she was **unwilling to communicate** through a translator app. This interaction left me feeling **unsafe** and **distrustful** of leaving my personal belongings in their care. Regrettably, the staff member’s solution was for me to carry my luggage with me throughout the day, which was impractical and dismissive of my concerns. Due to these circumstances, I am compelled to **advocate for the removal** of this property from booking platforms to prevent future guests from enduring a similar ordeal. I am requesting a **full refund** for this unacceptable experience and strongly advise against staying at this establishment.

Veramente una bettola!! Non soggiorgianteci. La proprietaria è una gran maleducata. Le lenzuola fanno schifo. E il lavandino si intasa. C'è di molto meglio da trovare nelle vicinanze. Molto trasandato. La wifi non funziona Sconsigliato

A time capsule style of hotel with retro style of kitchen and various objects etc. Reception and checking in was ok. The lady at the desk was fun and comical which was really nice for the two of us as we had a long trip down to Porto. The room is like a flat. Space was very good and the beds were comfortable and well kept. The sofa and other home furnishings were also kept to a very good standard even though again some of the furnishing were from the 60s and older but added a nice touch. Bathroom was very good and easy to use. The receptionist who showed us to our flat explained how to use everything in the flat including the shower and kitchen. Air conditioning was good also and kept us comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Good to reach via. Underground also to here.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 nuits et avons fuit après la première nuit! Accueil médiocre ( impression de déranger ) avec une odeur de tabac froid dès l entrée dans le bâtiment (odeur de tabac chaud la nui) De plus l hôtesse se permet des remarques déplacées ( petit prix, petite chambre ) en ricanant...(et nous offre la possibilité de fumer dans les toilettes si nous le désirons) L horreur en arrivant dans la chambre ... certes petites mais surtout vétuste avec toujours cette odeur de tabac froid... Les sanitaires... parlons en : impossible de se mouvoir dans les toilettes ( dérouleur de papier sous l évier, cuvette mal fixé, hygiène plus que douteuse... sèche cheveux non fonctionnel. Le tout dans un décor vieillot, des toiles d araignée au plafond et une literie qui n inspiré pas confiance ... Nous avons tenté de discuter des problèmes avec la responsable, qui nous nous a invectivés! La liste est interminable, c'est tout simplement la pire expérience de voyage que j'ai vécue!

N'allez surtout pas dans cet hôtel !!! La propriétaire exige de garder les clefs des chambres lors de vos visites de la ville . Nous avons trouvé cela louche et pris en photo nos affaires dans notre chambre avant de partir nous balader . En rentrant nous avons constaté que nos bagages DANS notre chambre fermée à clefs avaient été fouillé. Nous avons confronté la gérante avec des photos qui se défend en disant que c'est son hôtel et que c'est la règle au Portugal (faux) et a fuis la conversation. N'y allez surtout pas ,en plus cela sent la cigarette de partout et c'est très mal insonorisé en plus d'avoir ces fouilles intensives dans votre intimité !!!
