Hotel Aroi Ponferrada arvostelua

Me gusta todo del hotel. Lo único fue que nos tocó una habitación pequeña la 206.

Muy bueno .. pero alguien se ha olvidado una media y estaba en mi cama.. por eso no pongo mejor valoración en la limpieza.. pero como al ser una media de un niño no me ha molestado.. perdonado.. el desayuno bueno.. y la chica de la recepción excelente siempre dispuesta a ayudar.. muchas gracias.

Este hotel esta sobrevalorado. Es caro para la calidad del servicio y el tamaño de las habitaciones. Más que un hotel de 4estrellas, con 3 estrellas ya estaría bien. Además, llegamos al hotel a las 13:00, cansados de un largo viaje, y hasta las 15:00 no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación, xq no estaba limpia...

La localización

Rezeption Check-in und -out multitasking, effizient und trotzdem extrem freundlich. Gute Auslademöglichkeit vor dem Hotel und (sogar an d. Rezept. empfohlen) gute (gratis) Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung dieses perfekt in der Neustadt gelegenen Hotels, um in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt zu kommen, unterwegs oder in unmittelbarer Nähe Tapas-Tour zu machen oder zu shoppen. Aus den manchmal etwas nach Fahrradfahrer-Schweiß muffelnden Gängen kommt man in angenehmes, sehr sauberes Zimmer. Guter Roomservice m. bester ökologischer Ausrichtung, die Handtücher nicht unnötig zu wechseln; leider Badfenster in Innenhof verschlossen, zum Glück Zimmerfenster zu öffnen - und täglich zur spanisch typischen frühmorgendlichen lauten Straßenreinigung resp. Müllabfuhr zu schließen. Perfektes spanisches kleines Frühstücksbuffet (herausragend pürr. Tomaten m. Knobl., frische Ananas, Kiwi), Nachschub-Service u. promptes ungefragtes Abräumen dort aber von Tagesform/Mitarbeiter abhängig. Können uns bzgl. Preis-Leistung keine bessere Unterkunft in Ponferrada vorstellen.

Good choice near the train station Was on the Camino in April and stayed here to dry out (!) while awaiting the train to Sarria. A bit off the Camino but not so much as to be a hardship. Very accommodating front desk staff. A nearby plaza with lots of dining choices. Only about a 8 minute walk to the train station.

Hotel close to castle and train station My preference is a shower vs a bath tub. Getting out of the tub is tricky when it is wet because you have to step over the walls of tub. The breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet. Only 5 to 10 minutes to train station.

Muy buen Hotel Hotel muy limpio y buen servicio

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Ponferrada, que permite moverte en el entorno urbano sin utilizar el coche y que también es su mayor cualidad. Es un 4 estrellas muy justo que necesita algunas remodelaciones en las instalaciones ( fundamentalmente en el baño). Relación calidad/ precio muy aceptable que equilibra otras deficiencias. Tiene información turística al alcance de los clientes. No dispone de garaje, pero hay un parking público cercano a un precio barato. El recepcionista diligente y cordial.

Situado en la misma plaza del ayuntamiento. Se puede dejar el coche en un parking público gratuito. Habitación amplia. Buen wifi, buena tele, Nevera. El baño funcional. Todo correcto Desayuno espectacular con tortilla, fruta y buen café. Tiene restaurante que no hemos probado.

Room though small was very clean and didn’t look too scruffy. Had the usual amenities. Generally acceptable. But the location is not ideal if you are walking the camino. Better to stay somewhere nearer the Templar’s castle. On the corner of the street where this hotel is there is a little grocery shop selling dried meats etc. Female shopkeeper was reluctant to serve my husband and ranted at me for taking a photo of the dried meats presumably because she was coincidentally in the picture. Perhaps because we are Chinese. Bear that in mind if you think of patronising.

El trato de los trabajadores excelente, pero a nivel empresa me parece bastante mal que te pongan un pan que no es del propio día y encima cobrarnos 4 euros por el, cuando ni si quiera lo pedimos,se quitan las ganas de volver ,mi opinión es esa ,,
