"It's oh so quiet. Having spent the summer recreating my youth (oasis and ibiza) I booked a last minute week to relax stress free in the sun and that's exactly what I got. The hotel rating is fair so it's not perfect but I've paid more for worse. Maybe a few new sunbeds and more choice of fruit for breakfast but nothing that would spoil your stay. Mind only 6 clothes hangers in the wardrobe is a bit light even for a single bloke!! And the fridge is small but fine for me. Apart from that my room was large and the wi-fi great (I was able to stream the England matches no problem the resort doesn't have sports bars). The pool and surrounding area is great (spacious). I didn't move far from it all week and you can be in or out of the sun all day. It was quiet and the breeze from the sea is lovely. I did use the 'secret' path to the beach a couple of times which is only a 5-10 minute walk and not too steep unlike many other island resorts. The beach stretches for miles and is mostly course sand/pebbles. There appears to be free loungers and wi-fi. At least nobody was charging. Great to be in the sea to see the sun setting over the headland at about 19:00. Most nights I made the c30 minute walk to Latchi port. It's quiet there also but there's enough nice restaurants to enjoy, especially if you like fresh seafood dishes. The main road is well lit so I always felt safe walking there and back on the evening but I am rough looking so mostly never worry about that sort of stuff. But there were no street sales people that have become the norm elsewhere so there was never a lot of people about. Again the road isn't too steep. Looks like the area is ripe for development so perhaps it won't be so quiet for long. Whilst I was just looking to relax in the sun you could easily use the hotel as a base to travel to local attractions via hire car or boat trips. There are plenty of parking spaces at the hotel and they drive on the left if you're nervous about driving abroad. Finally the staff were lovely. Always there if you needed them but very low profile. My room was cleaned everyday apart from Sunday. I was also very grateful for being allowed to extend by check out until my 21:00 transfer to the airport for free!!! Fabulous gesture that I'd normally expect to pay for but highlights how lovely and helpful the staff were. In summary if you want a lively stay with everything on your doorstep this isn't for you. If you're looking for stress free relaxation this is just the ticket. You could pay a fortune for a 'wellness' experience or you could just stay here where wellness looks after itself."

"The owner himself informed us this is Not a 3 star but a 2 Star! Stayed there for 8 nights, absolutely disgusting! The few staff, saw only 2, was trying hard, but this is Not a hotel, it is at least currently run as a Hostel, with residential tenants , we were the Only holiday makers there! All facilities were Closed!!! There we no food, no bars , not even access to a glass of water!!! Poor cleaning standards! Residents lives there, having their cars, dogs, etc etc….. Random people walks in from the street using the pool , which is very dirty! Pillows are yellow of sweat! All the facilities listed don’t exist, there is Nothing, just a room, without a fridge, toiletries or a safe. Totally false advertising! The room is cheap for sure, not even a 1 star, but Why advertise facilities that don’t exist!!??? When we asked about the breakfast that was advertised, we were told we can do it much better ourselves! We were charged 9 Euros per day for air conditioning, which we weren’t told about! This was during august, the hottest month. If you are going to let a room only without any facilities, Why misleading people into believing it is a hotel with services???"
