Plaza Hotel Plovdiv arvostelua

This is a great little hotel with the most wonderful staff. Within minutes of arrival I injured my hand in a freak accident. Ina in reception volunteered to take me to A&E at the local hospital. Once there she acted as my interpreter & paid for a Tetanus shot & Antibiotics plus dressings etc. Totally above and beyond her role and on her own time as she had finished her shift. The food in Avocado restaurant which is attached to reception is really delicious, Beef Shank, Foie Gras, Veal Tongue 🤤 The Staff were really polite and helpful and the 7 in our group were delighted we had chosen the Plaza. I will definitely be returning here.

Good Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave

It's ok It was ok but far from the center.

Premetto che sono rimasto in questo hotel per 2 settimane per viaggio di lavoro. Detto ciò, non lo consiglio in quanto la colazione a buffet( già scarna di suo) per 3 mattine è stata sostituita con un “menu” alla carta con possibilità di scelta di UN SOLO PIATTO. Lo staff non parla inglese eccetto di un solo cameriere.. L’ultimo giorno non hanno nemmeno cambiato gli asciugamani sebbene fosse stato appesp il consueto cartellino alla porta. Non comodo al centro e il ristorante oltre ad essere caro è di bassa qualità..
