房間乾淨整潔，最需要評價的是服務人員，態度特別好，我們早晨十點就到了，因為房間是空的就安排了提前入住，在住宿期間回酒店第一映入眼簾的就是服務人員的熱情微笑，特別推薦去這家，在城內南大街，去哪裡都比較方便，走的時候還給了伴手禮山西特產 紫林老陳醋

Le lit est très dur on sent le bois , on a eu mal au dos tous les 2 contrairement à l'hôtel à Pékin de même standing. La bac à douche n'est pas lavé correctement. L'eau chaude est limite, si vous ne supportez pas l'odeur de la cigarette on a fait aquarium avec la fumée de cigarette de la chambre des voisins juste en mettant le chauffage c'était irrespirable, du coup on a coupé et on a dormi dans le froid les fenêtres ouvertes. Si vous enlevez le décor c'est pas terrible

The hotel is perfectly located at the heart of the old city. If, like me, your Chinese reading capabilities are not good, it might be difficult to identify, as none of the pictures here are from the front facade, but the location is correct and the sign has the correct name in Chinese. Rooms are good and clean (ours smelled a little bit of tobacco, but was otherwise fine). Breakfast is varied and includes several options, from noodles to pickled veggies, buns and steamed eggs. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, as we didn't need anything in particular, but they seemed nice and at least one had basic English skills. The courtyard is beautiful and has several adorable feline inhabitants that will make your stay better.

住了三天，頭兩天一樓獨立小院子的房間，房間雖然不是很大但很感覺漂亮！院子裏有很多小貓咪很可愛粘人！在平遙古城的中心位置去哪裡都很方便，店裡給推薦的旅拍也很好！還給提供免費的漢服體驗！前台的小夥伴特別好，熱情細心態度超好！第三天因為趕上三八婦女節還給升級了二樓的套房，有大又好！拍了三套旅拍都很滿意！前台也是特別貼心！真的是沒住夠，以後一定還會去平遙古城的，也一定還住在這裏！

10/10 sin duda. El hotel es muy bonito y todo estaba muy limpio. La gente increíblemente acogedora, sobre todo Gao que se ha portado genial con nosotros. Hemos podido comunicarnos en inglés lo que facilita mucho las cosas.  Gracias por ayudarnos a coger el Didi de vuelta!! Si volvemos, repetiremos aquí sin duda! Hasta pronto Gao! ❤️

Muy buen sitio en el que alojarse. Es muy bonito, la ubicación esta muy bien y muy limpio. El personal es muy amable y estan siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Si volviera a Pingyao me volvería a alojar aqui

The cleaning was very bad. Bathrooms were very dirty, cleaners need to dedicate more time to cleaning deeply toilet paper wasn't even changed. Reception person was very kind and helped us. Thank you!
