"Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location."

"The hotel is conveniently located by the park. There are many dining options in close proximity. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The hotel itself is quite small which is nice. The amenities are outdated yet somewhat maintained. It worked for us because our family has two preschoolers. The breakfast is average. The Western type food is represented by baguette, peanut butter, doughnuts and granola. It was not an issue for us, we like Chinese food. We enjoyed our stay but next time would consider a different hotel."

"和圖片一模一樣，因為原定的房間周圍在裝修，免費給我們升房了，到酒店是經理來接我們，去的有點早（前面的人還沒退房）就讓我們去辦公室暖和了一下，經理人很好，給我們推薦美食，燒熱水暖和（我們跟經理説不用，因為覺得有點麻煩，她還是很熱心給我們哪礦泉水），後面10多，我們先出去吃飯，經理還幫我們把兩個行李箱，兩個包拿到了房間，很熱心真的超級好！ 到了房間以後更是震驚，房間和實圖完全一樣，外面的景色很美，音響有vip，投屏是優酷最高會員，細節很好有洗衣機，冰箱，吹風機，紙巾，牙膏牙刷等等，還有刮鬍刀和棉簽！真的很用心很周到。 燈光很有氛圍，馬桶和窗簾都是智能的很棒，而且樓下就是財富廣場吃飯逛街都方便，下次還會住這裏，也很乾凈很衞生打掃徹底"

The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. Overall, I was impressed with the room and felt right at home."

"The apartment is good, but when booking it was shown as the closest to the ski resort center, however it's located in the most far away building. I don't mind walking 15 minutes, but I find it as false advertisement."

"Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended."

"I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season)."
