"This is great! The hotel room is loft type with great views, rooms are clean and most importantly the ski trails and the view from top of mountain was the best! We had a trainer there and they have amazing services, from teaching us how to wear the ski equipment to how to ski. All of them were really friendly."

"I read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews. The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center. There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis. The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free. Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two. (My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season)."

"Sijainti on hyvä, kävely lumikentälle on myös 6-7 minuutti, huoneen tilat ovat periaatteessa täydelliset, huonekalut ja muut ovat vanhoja, lämmitys on hyvä, neljä ihmistä ovat juuri olleet paikalla, ikkunan ulkopuolella on myös hyvä näkymä, voit nähdä lumiradan ja uudenvuoden sytyttimen, auton pysäköinti on helpompaa, että askelmat ovat vähän paljon, laatikko ei ole hyvä - Kaikki ovat tyytyväisiä. Palvelu: Hyvä aika Oven sisällä on 24 tuntia supermarkettia. Se on helppoa."

"這次去吉林帶了半歲的小寶寶，所以定了一個家庭房，將兩張床拼在一起就得到了一張超級超級大床！ 小院環境特別好，很有設計感，花草樹木小水潭都充滿了閑趣，如果感興趣還可以挖野菜。房間設施也很齊全，浴缸給寶寶游泳了，老闆娘給拿了好多一次性浴缸套，特別貼心。 最難忘的是服務實在是太好了，我們到的比較晚，老闆娘怕我們找不到飯吃，給做了四菜一湯，菜量大，鍋包肉特別正宗，小魚燉的很香，湯是用當地的野菜做的，很有特色。怕我們帶着小寶寶不方便，每天早上都會給留好早餐，等我們醒了送到房間裏來，還幫我們煮了好多寶寶的輔食雞蛋，本來做好帶寶寶出來將就的準備了，沒想到被老闆和老闆娘照顧的像在家裡一樣，太感動了！ 對了也可以自己燒烤，老闆給拿了一個全新的爐子，串也都是串好的，味道超讚！ 民宿地理位置也不錯，離松花湖挺近的，下次來吉林還會住這裏，感謝老闆老闆娘，這麼好的民宿一定要生意興隆！！！"

"Very nice, modern place, just a couple of minutes walk from everything (+ free shuttle to the lift if needed), also a good location to hang out a bit after skiing. The staff was very nice and supportive, pretty good breakfast incl. Chinese and a few Western options. Fully recommended."

"Super good location. The Ski entrance just infront of the apartment. A lot of eatery shops nearby . i think if the owner can provide two ventilation fans on upstair two rooms that will be great as no ventilation on that rooms . All need to depend on ground floor’s window. The rest of the other things are good. We still will come back again for this good location."

"The name hotel is a little bit misleading as the accommodation is in small apartments and breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs in the village. Anyhow, the arrangement is good and fair priced. Very convenient set-up and great mattress in the bedroom! Just the kitchen equipment is too lean😅"

"來滑雪度假，門棟就在馬路進來，不用拿着行李費勁走！房間温馨又乾淨！真的，一塵不染，乾淨得心情愉悦！出門就是青山飯堂，二兩包子鋪，好吃不貴，比滑雪場旁邊的東北餐廳更好吃！ 還有書店，真的安心度假的感覺！ 每天散步十分鐘去滑雪場，不遠不近正好！ 因為我自己忘記手機再續住三天，想起來的時候已經來不及了，別人都訂走了，老闆一直和我抱歉，我出門了讓阿姨幫收拾整理好行李，晚上我回來取行李，還怕我個上海人被凍，特地開車送我去附近新的地方 服務太暖心了！ 住在這裏，沒有離家的感覺！ 下次必須還要來！"
