"We obviously booked a superior king-size bed room, but ended up being assigned the smallest double-bed room. There was obviously a price difference. After I entered the room, I used the room phone number to ask for help, and then they told me to help find one. It turned out that there was another room on the 7th floor. I went through all the trouble. It took nearly an hour to move in. It was already very late and I was very tired, which made me feel angry. With the level of business and service, I really didn’t know what was going on. When I arrived in the new room, I saw that the table and floor were not wiped clean. There were other people's hair on the floor. I wiped the table with a tissue and found a layer of black. Could you please be more serious about your work? In the afternoon of the next day, I obviously wanted to extend my stay for half a day and I called the front desk to confirm, but before the time came, I knocked on the door to urge me to check out. I really don’t know what a bunch of amateur employees are doing."
