Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Sir, Greetings from all at ‘Le Magnifique’. Our sincere apologies that we could not meet your expectations. However, would like to share a few points. Firstly, you have made the booking through your organisation that has taken a few rooms with us as holiday home; on a long term basis. Your organisation has taken Deluxe rooms, and the same has been allotted to you. The Deluxe rooms are not at all on our website, so It is incorrect what you have mentioned in your review that the photo shown in advertisement is not actual. We would like to know which photograph you are talking about. The organisation pays us Rs.1000+ tax per night for the deluxe room, we provide a neat and clean room as per the agreement that has been signed between both the parties. We strongly disagree that the room floor is filthy. Yes, we do have a beautiful poolside restaurant, which is very much appreciated by our guests. We understand you may have a different taste, but that in no way makes our facility bad. Photos of our pool side restaurant are on our website, there is nothing to hide. We have hundreds of guests who have stayed in the same rooms and have left very happy and fulfilled. We are completely focused on providing our best services , “ Pure & honest hospitality’ to all our guests. Our team members asked you at the time of checkout if there was any issue of concern, but you said that you want to stay at the beach side. We respect your choice and hope that you enjoyed your holiday in Goa at the ‘beach side’. Thanks and regards.
