房間非常好，空間很足，一家6人出行完全夠住。每天早上都有人來做早飯，房間衞生也收拾得很好。海景在三樓客廳和四樓樓頂，可惜離海太遠了，天氣不好就衹能看到灰濛濛的。總體來説很滿意

時隔7年之後又再一次來普吉定的這家別墅🏡 除了出行可能不太方便之外 真的很喜歡！ 適合一大家子出行

一切都不錯就是在介紹裏沒有看到是三層樓…去前以為是平層，到了發現是三層的別墅，每天上上下下有點累，還有就是除了主卧是中央空調，其他房間都是分體空調，還都對着床吹，需要手動掰一下，要不吹的難受。早餐每天有人來現場製作，雖然種類少一點。整體還是不錯。還有，住這裏最好要自駕！不自駕慎重選擇

衞生超級超級差，連國內基本的連鎖快捷型酒店都不如，花費8000多人民幣入住這一晚，被坑死，我們本來定的三晚，一進房間立馬跟攜程反應跟我們在攜程看到的照片不符這個是第一，第二衞生和環境太差，我們要求退房，第一晚協商無果攜程讓我們先將就住下，第二天第三天我們就別住了，讓我們先看別的酒店，誰知道，就這樣我們晚上準備洗澡才發現，竟然還沒有熱水，天理何在！！！！這樣的酒店竟然還能生存，可笑！目前到現在為止，攜程還沒有給我解決方案，意思酒店不願意退我們沒有入住的兩晚的房費，天吶！攜程上合作的代理商還有酒店，竟然還有公然搶錢的行為

和朋友一起來玩入住環境很不錯 就是在最上邊有點遠哈哈 但是整體還是挺好的 拍照很出片 一樓電視可以和朋友一起打遊戲很nice

Swimming pool facilities too small, even though the public one. But breakfast is fantastic, have the choice of American or Thai style breakfast. Somebody came to our Villa to cook at our demand breakfast and time schedule. We all have a enjoyable trip.

Good villa but really bad pools. The rooms was fresh but the beds on the lower floors was really hard and tough to sleep in, it was very clean and a good hotel but the pools was really bad, specially the one in the rooftop, it was all brown and you could not even see the bottom of the pool. The pool in the villa was better but still not very clean. The staff was really polite.

My mom, my sister, and I just returned from our stay at Kata Sea View Villa! The three bedrooms, family dinners on the terrace, and breathtaking sunset views were great for us. 💞 The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and the villa felt like a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful experience."

My friends and I booked this place to explore the natural beauty around Phuket, and we have no regrets. It's a short taxi ride to Kata Beach from the villa. Excellent service from staff, the in villa facilities and huge living space made our stay comfortable.🤗 I’ll definitely miss the taste of the breakfast prepared daily by the housekeeper and also food from Splendid Cafe.💕 Thank you for such a unique experience in Phuket; it was definitely worth the price!

It takes about 40 minutes to reach the villa from Phuket International Airport. The time spent here was truly amazing, thanks to the friendly staff. The facilities, fantastic pool, and breathtaking sea view created the perfect vibe. The services like massages and delicious BBQ dinner at the rooftop made my family's stay even more memorable. Thanks everyone!

One of the best private villas with a private mid size pool Includes cleaning every day and drinking water. Nice and polite and helpful staff. Most villas with a relaxing wonderful view. Definitely i am recommending and renting again upon my next visit to PHUKET.

We rented the villa with 4 bedrooms and pool. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids We had plenty of space. I felt very safe when walking around at night alone or with my kids. Center of town is 30 minutes walking but it is very easy to get a taxi and inexpensive Fast internet Many dinning options near by. The villa has no laundry room however they offer laundry service that it is very inexpensive, the only draw back is that it takes 24 hours Laundromat is nearby: it is called Otteri, I realized too late I also used laundry services nearby, also 24 hours: 3 kgs of clothes 150 baht. Full kitchen and fridge. They gave us many bottles of water and welcome non alcoholic drinks. I will definitely stay again when coming to Phuket.
