This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, the beds are comfortable. The view and the private pool make truly unique. The breakfast is great, the staff is friendly. We would be happy to come back.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per tre settimane a novembre. Consiglio a tutti di guardare dove è situato, poiché la posizione è ottima se cercate la tranquillità, ma consiglio un mezzo di trasporto. Per noi era perfetto visto che noleggiamo l'auto per girare tutta Phuket in libertà. L'hotel è arroccato su una collina ripida tra kamala e patong. Noi avevamo la suite all'ultimo piano con piscina e la vista era meravigliosa. Posto tranquillissimo senza caos e frequentato da coppie. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante poiché eravamo sempre in giro. La camera è molto grande e pulita. Il complesso è un po' vecchio ma il rapporto qualità prezzo era ottimo. Personale gentile e riservato.

Anlage schön gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Eigener Pool. Mitarbeiter durchweg bemüht und freundlich. Zimmerservice gut. Essen auf's Zimmer war gut und relativ günstig. Das waren dann die Highlights. Leider ging der Jacuzzi nicht (denke bewusst abgedreht, sollte per Knopfdruck funktionieren). Fliesen scharfkantik, schlecht verfugt. Poolbett läd nicht zum verweilen ein, zwei liegen wären bedeutend besser. Anlage insgesamt lieblos gestaltet, sollte mal gestrichen werden. Zimmer abgewohnt, z.B. Farbe blättert hier und da, Löcher im Sofa, Wasserhahn tropft laut nervt, keine Duschmöglichkeit (nur Badewanne Schlauch zu kurz). Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer surrt immer wieder, gehört gewartet. Frühstück waren wir nur einmal, da nur "geht so". Ein paar (lau)warme Gerichte, ansonsten das Übliche, Kaffee war gut, Obst wurde vor Ende der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten vom Buffet auf Tablett für Floating Breakfast abgeräumt. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis trotz allem gut. Wenn der eigene Pool, großes Zimmer und Abgeschiedenheit im Vordergrund stehen, durchaus empfehlenswert.

But the suite room was beautiful with a private infinity pool. The gorgeous view was breathtaking.

Location was a little difficult to find but apart from that everything was excellent

I booked garden view villa. They give us something diff and our villa does'nt have bathtub. In photo and booking they mentioned bathtub as well. But they didnt give

Worst staff cooperation and very difficult to reach location

The property has indian food options which i liked. It’s at a great location and the view from the room is amazing. The staff is very welcoming and cooperative all the time. A great stay all together

They provided us with early checkin. Staff was very humble. Food will be less spicy but you can tell them to add more salt and spices in your dishes. They views are exceptional. Buffet is very good if you are non vegetarian.

The rooms are big and spacious, but maintenance not up to mark, curtains not closing and broken and also bath tub taps broken but rest all is excellent loved the view and rooms
