Nice hotel. But in the night really noisy from the street

Pros- The guest services at this hotel were wonderful. I arrived amidst the NYE chaos, and was welcomed with a cool, jasmine scented towel and crisp, cold water, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone was kind and helpful, the rooms are cleaned super efficiently and thoroughly, and the hall floors were so sparkling clean I swear I could use them as a mirror to reapply my lipstick. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The rooftop pool was a sweet oasis with a gorgeous view of the beach with a bar for all of your beverage needs.  Cons- the location is extremely loud, directly in the middle of the party. If you’re under 30, or if you don’t have any trouble falling asleep behind the DJ booth at a rave, you’ll be right at home. The beach club next door starts bumping at 2pm and doesn’t stop until around 3-4 am. No kidding. Not to mention the street noise from the street- tuk-tuks with a full-on club in the back, honking, yelling and loud drunken conversations. It’s all very jovial, but extremely noisy.  I wore noise cancellation headphones every night. But it’s right across the street from the beach, near several night markets, and you are only a whisper away from every kind of transit you could possibly need.  Overall, this place is well worth the money if you’re looking for a clean, central location as a jumping off point for your adventures, and don’t mind a little chaos or sleeping with earplugs.

Nice place very central can be abit noisy though Lovely staff very close to the beach

Central location (right in front of Patong beach and a few steps from Bangla road), friendly staff, modern and clean rooms, we also liked the rooftop pool with the great view. However the standard room is a bit small, same about the balcony, and the hot water in the shower come and go sometimes which can be annoying a bit. Except for these, it’s a really nice value-for-money hotel :)

五百左右的房間 比國內200的還差， 這種設施 賣這個價 太離譜 一股濃濃的消毒水味 哎 房間又小，被子還是潮的

So quiet and clean, also the staff are very friendly.

Overall rating is above average. Vouchers purchased for having breakfast at the cafe which in front of the hotel are value for money too . However just a bit disappointed was there is no any wine opener provided when we requested from customer service

Building needs an upkeep. The smell is getting worse.

The hotel located in the centre of patong beach. if you are looking to stay at the hype of it, this is the place. However, to go in and out of patong, you will need a lot of patience as the traffic was really bad. Btw, you have to prepare 1000 baht cash for deposit before check in. the staff is not really friendly.. but luckily we just stayed there for one night. the room is clean, but the con is i can still hear people talking from the other rooms. overall, it was just ok

A hotel that is surrounded by other hotels, meaning you have almost no view. From the window we could see the balconies of the hotel next door. You could almost shake hands across the balcony. There was a lot of humidity in the room, which even the air conditioning couldn't handle. The rooftop pool is nice, but there are few sunbeds. The rooftop bar offers good prices, but unfortunately no food can be ordered. The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is served in the café next door, but it is of a high standard, even for the price.
