1，地理位置：在富國島中部，距離機場大概10公 裏，聯繫酒店的7人車接機收費30萬盾大概80多人民幣。距離陽東鎮和北部的樂園或者南部的日落小鎮也有二三十公里。 2，酒店配置：整體符合入門級五星酒店的標準，房間整潔，各項設定配套完善，游泳池也很整潔，員工的服務也相當友善。大床房是2米的大床，還有個沙發。 3，海灘：我們是8月底雨季來的，受到颱風的影響天天下雨，每天都是晴雨相間，海里麪浪比較大不適宜下海，長灘沙灘的沙子偏黃大概和三亞亞龍灣的差不多，但沙子也是比較細的也算乾淨。 4，酒店周邊：酒店大門對面就有個Sonasea夜市，有很多吃飯和買東西的地方。重點推薦一家Sen Viatnam Restaurant的越南餐廳，越南米粉和春捲都很好吃，6個人大概消費在100萬越南盾摺合人民幣300。還有一家韓式海鮮餐館Mr.Seafood味道性價比都很高，兩衹龍蝦一共1KG一衹大蒜黃油醬一衹奶酪烤，大虎蝦1KG一半蒜蓉黃油炒一半蒜蓉黃油烤，螃蟹1KG新加坡醬，魷魚1KG爆炒，扇貝1KG奶酪烤，還送了兩份炒飯，兩份青菜，兩盒水果，兩罐1L的啤酒，一共372萬越南盾摺合1100人民幣，這個價格衹是南部的一半，以至於我們搬去南部後又打車回來再吃一頓。 5，交通出行：可以用Grab打車，也可以在酒店門口叫車明碼標價，我們包個7人車大半天是90萬越南盾大概250人民幣，單程去南部大概是20萬越南盾。

好美的地方，定的海景房，面對大海超舒服。房間舒服，有個超大的陽台。天氣好的時候可以看日出同日落。服務有禮貌，但缺少熱情。如果同峴港酒店的服務相比差很遠。對面有個小型的夜市，可以購買當地的服飾，有很多間按摩店，收費比較合理。

The hotel is very nice. It is around 15 mins away from the airport. It is just opposite to Sonasea Night Market which lots of foods, leisure and massage shops. The facilities is good. We love the swimming pool and kid's club. The food in breakfast buffet is nice with lots of choice - I love the Pho! The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange cab with cheaper price than Grab - so nice! All in all, it is a very recommended hotel to stay when in Phu Quoc.

1) 在villa房型內的泳池區內被晚上11點左右虎頭蜂螫傷，飯店雖然有提供應急處理，但沒有夜班護士，只有櫃檯的服務人員提供塗抹消腫藥物應急處理，隔天早上九點左右才有日班的護士檢查傷口，並提供消腫的塗抹與內服的藥物，但在遊客購買的房型內出現虎頭蜂攻擊遊客的問題，存在著管理疏失是肯定的。 2) 這麼昂貴的villa房型，房間內床頭還有螞蟻，實在是令人非常感到不適。 以上兩個問題實在是不匹配這樣的費用，尤其諾富特是全球的知名旅館，卻有這樣的問題，實在是令人感到非常遺憾。

酒店距離機場很方便，有兩個游泳池。但是酒店風筒是連住廁所不能在床上吹頭。而且房間有漏水問題弄到地下也濕了。

酒店一般般，隔音差得離譜，有小朋友尖叫聲，哭聲，推車聲及小鳥叫聲等等，真的超差評，晚上無法入睡，應該是冷氣機發出聲音，是一種震動聲，房間又細，唯一缺點浴室花灑水壓不足洗澡有點麻煩，面盤也是一樣，應該是設置左水壓。床上好多螞蟻！清潔衛生有待改善！訂了２間酒店，每間３晚，第一間非常好，小朋友還依依不捨。這間差勁，小朋友不願意入住，有機會再去富國島，不會選，不推薦。

Very nice hotel. AMAZING BREAKAST! One of the best ones i ever had. Pool is amazing! Unfortunately the weather was not great, but the hotel was nice so this helps. The children play room was the only con. SO dirty and the toys broken, dirty... since this place is for children, IT SHOULD BE VERYYYYYY CLEAN! They need to improve that ASAP! Besides that, the hotel is great!

諾富特本身就是品牌的保證，幾乎都很棒， 但唯一只有一點，我們趕早班飛機的早餐超級陽春。 居然早餐飲料中只有一瓶水，早餐幾乎沒什麼東西。 還不如吃完早餐再趕飛機，有時間的人千萬別外帶🤣
