Indeed, two bottles placed on the bathroom sink and two nearby the electric kettle (with the ALL brand) are complimentary, while other beverages and snacks in the minibar are chargeable. We will look into how we can make this clearer during check-in or through better in-room signage to avoid future misunderstandings.Lastly, we’re sorry to hear about your experience with change handling outside the hotel in Phu Quoc.
