1）房間裏的保管箱損壞不能使用，聯絡了維修人員，第一個維修人員，只帶了電芯更換，上來後發覺不能開，再叫我打給前台通知請其他技術人員打開，15分鐘後有一位小姐到場帶着開鎖鎖匙加一個機器費嘗試開鎖，最終都不能開，對我說要等20至30分鐘另一位技術員來解開，最後足足浪費了兩個小時在等待。 2）房間裏的TV不能連接YouTube ，同樣第一次技術員上來嘗試維修，結果還是需要通知另一技術員維修°由於當天時間太夜關係，我們決定不即時維修。第二天早上當我們去吃早餐時，在沒有通知我們的情況下已經入門維修了，在這種情況下感覺該酒店很不安全呢。 3）未能安排更適當的時間，給我們到機場的Shuttle Bus，我們只能自行乘搭的士前往。 4）酒店對第一第二件事件，沒有向我們發出任何致歉，好像沒事發生一樣，感覺就好似幫你們維修好已經要感恩我們喇，服務態度都一般。 5） 酒店房間有霉味，我們check-in時看見清潔姐姐叫他們幫我們噴香薰才好一點。 6）酒店房間內四處都有發霉和損壞的傢俬，冷氣機滴水，感覺該酒店不應為高級酒店評價。

푸꾸옥 북부에 위치한 호텔이에요. 빈펄 계열이라 컨디션은 좋고 가격도 저렴해서 가성비가 좋아요~ 호텔 숙박시에 사파리 무료 티켓도 줘서 좋았습니다~ 호텔 앞 비치도 예뻐요!!

우기라 저렴한 가격에 만족스럽게 다녀왔습니다. 조식은 한국인 입맛에는 쏘쏘 지만 가격을 생각하면 나쁘지 않고 오히려 요즘 물가 생각하면 감사해야죠. 체크인 할때 사파리 입장권을 주는데... 입장권 자체가 페이스 ID(호텔 체크인 오른쪽 모니터 터치하면 사진찍을수 있는 회면 나옴) 이걸 아무도 안알려줘서 기다렸다 또 물어보고... ㅡ.ㅡ 호텔 직원 설명이나 시스템이 약간 부족함. 수영장이 온수풀 정도는 아니어 준비운동 철저히 하고 들어가야 하지만 농구대가 있어 아주 재밌게 놀았네요. 리조트에 붙어 있는 빈펄CC 가기위해 버기 예약해서 무료로 갔지만... 10분거리 에스츄리 붕바우CC 강추함. 그랩도 4천원 수준!

Resort and Villa 泳池水好乾淨， 小朋友玩得好開心😍房間整潔度很好， 服務人員都很有禮貌。 位於北部，resort 有免費接駁車來往Grand World, Safari and VinWonders。 就算call Grab都唔貴。

푸꾸옥 가장 최북단에 위치하고 있는 리조트로 빈펄 리조트나 사파리, 그랜드 월드 접근성은 매우 좋음. 하지만 즈엉동 등 시내쪽은 거리가 차로 40분 정도 걸리기 때문에 그 부분은 아쉬울 수 밖에 없었음. 리조트 조경이나 수영장 등은 좋아 리조트 안에서 2 ~ 3일 머무리는 건 좋았던 것 같음. 다만 빌라 입구쪽에 담배 꽁초를 치우지 않아 그대로 있거나 빌라 내부에 조그만 개미가 다니거나 하는 등 디테일은 좀 아쉬웠음. 그래도 전반적으로 만족도가 높은 리조트임.

早餐還可以，種類多，其他方面都一般，設施較老舊。需要吐槽的是晚上睡覺時被喝醉的白人狂敲門，打電話過去好長時間也無人處理，第二天去前台投訴也沒得到任何説法，差評。
