Stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. Was huge and nicely furnished etc. When you look close you can see these are not built by experienced builders, tiling is average and few squeeky floor boards but still nice and very clean. Housekeeping was good (except they either stole or threw out my USB power pack). Price was a bit high i think for Vietnam but we got on special about 25% less than all the other sites had it for (that price $500 AUD per day is too much in my opinion). Private pool was nice but not deep enough. Main resort pool was huge but other than that nothing special. It was the same depth for the whole pool about 1.4m, no swim up bar, no water slides, no canals or bridges, just a bit boring compared to others i have seen. They have plenty of floaties and things you can hire at an exhorbitant price. Activities on the beach again were ok but all cost big bucks compared to other places. Breakfast buffet was great and the highlight of this place. A La carte restraunt was ok food but way overpriced. We only ate once rest of the time we went into vinworld much cheaper. Free shuttle was ok but took a long time to get places and didnt seem to ever arrive to take us home from Vinwonders, both times we went there we waited and no bus ever showed so had to pay for tuk tuk. Beach was ok but not that exciting for someone coming from Australia (we went once just to check it out, didnt see any fish or anything like that, better just go to pool). One other issue the first room we were put in the a/c didnt work very well they moved us to another room it was perfect. Also strangely no wasing machine even though the villa was huge, and there seemed to be a small laundry room for a washing machine but nothing in there, maybe trying to fleece you on washing clothes, we didnt bother.

시설 군더더기없이 깔끔했으며 발코니가 있었습니다. 화장실이 매우 넓고 에어컨 작동도 잘 됬습니다. 무엇보다 조식종류가 굉장히 많으며 맛있고 그랜드월드,사파리,원더월드 를 방문할 시 이동하는 셔틀버스가있어 매우 편리했습니다.

酒店地理位置可以，去好多景點都方便，而且佢同珍珠樂園係同一個集團，所以距離非常近。另外好鍾意佢嘅自助早餐，水果、越南美食、特色小食有好多款，目不暇給。

位置放便，有機場接送，沙灘位置係成條海岸線嘅中間，行晒成條海灘，最靚最乾淨係尼間酒，沿沙難向左行過隔離酒店好近，Wyndham Grand ,Corona Resort有賭場，令外沙灘向右行就係珍珠樂園，喜來登酒店，酒店有免費接駁車去各境點，不過係指定時間嘅，又可以自費酒店tuktuk，價錢都唔係好貴，令外做SPA環境幾靚，價錢都唔算好貴

매우 넓고 시설도 좋고 밥도 맛있었어요. 중앙 에어컨이 좀 약해서 아쉬움

服務態度非常好

솔직히 휴양 7 놀이 3 정도로 오신다면 강력추천합니다 시설 우드톤이지만 잠만 자는데 전혀 신경쓰이진 않아요 가성비 굿 입니다

酒店以外的環境五星，但是酒店裝修太老了，我還是專門挑近期裝修的，沒想到他這個2023裝修完全是騙子，你能想象整個房間插線板或者牆插沒有一個桌面上的，沒有一個空閑的，地毯沙發上都是陳年老漬，房間除了大一無是處，樓道的音樂一直響，房間裏能聽到，**一樣，隔音很差 一個早餐地方換來換去的，吃多了嗎

還可以，就是升房價格比攜程直接定貴很多，我訂錯了他不肯改，其他沙灘啥的都很不錯，附近沒啥性價比吃的要打車出去很遠才可以

総合的には良いホテル滞在が出来たと思います。プールも使いやすかった。朝のブッフェは種類は多いですが、味は普通です。 ワンダーランドやヴィンパールワールドへ巡回バスがあるのは便利でした。 チェックイン時に顔認証登録で、翌日の朝食もBBQもヴィンパールワールドへも何も持たずに入れるのは快適でした。 良かった点 ・お部屋で一番良かったのは浴槽が別にあることです。水圧もよく、シャワーもトイレも湯船も今まで行った海外旅行先の中で一番良い水圧でした。 ・プールも綺麗でタオルも豊富に置いてあって、スタッフの数も十分にいるので安心でした。 ・チェックイン時から日本語の話せるスタッフが居て沢山質問に答えてくれたので助かりました。 残念だった点 ・部屋に入った時からベッドのライト横にm&mチョコが落ちていた。その奥のゴミもあったのでずっと気づかれてないのかも？ ・スリッパが2足あったが、1足は明らかに使用済みで踵部分は黒ずんでいた。 （洗って使う仕様なのか？わからないけれど、気になったので書きました） ・ガウンのサイドにある紐を通す部分は2着とも破れて穴が空いていました。 ・トイレ側の壁にも茶色い水滴？が固まったような感じで残っていたのが気になりました。 改善してほしい点 ・水曜日開催のBBQPartyに参加しました。 外で開催されるので仕方ないことも、多くの人が利用するので取りやすさ重視なことも理解はできます。 ですが、やはり気になってしまう。 料理をライトで照らすので料理に羽蟻の様な虫が沢山寄ってきていた。特にピザに寄ってきていた。 フード用の網等の設置するかスタッフ常駐するなど衛生面への認識が甘いと思います。 余りに汚く見えて食品を取る気になれなかった。 ショーの歌や、ファイヤーショーはすごく良かった。たのしかったので、飛んでくる虫への対策だけが本当に残念でした。

Отличное местонахождение, все основные развлекательные места рядом, от отеля ходит бесплатный автобус до - Grand World, Safari, Vin Wonders, так же отель предоставляет 10% скидку на эти места (Safari и VinWonders) от Grand Worlds по пляжу до отеля 15 минут пешком - после шоу можно прогуляться и не толкаться с другими гостями. Об отеле - всё идеально распределено, места и у бассейна и на пляже достаточно, полотенца есть всегда, в номерах чисто, в коридорах и фойе стоят ароматизаторы - всегда идеальный запах. О пляже - пляж чистый, песок музыкальный (скрипит под ногами) Персонал - как в лучших 5-ти звездочных отелях мира, всегда помогут, всегда приветливы.

My wife got diarrhea and I got bad stomach and fever after we ate food from the hotel. In the last 24 hours we only consume food from the hotel including breakfast buffet, afternoon tea and BBQ party. I suspect it was because the seafoods of the BBQ party were set in outdoor areas for too long and without any coverages . The temperatures were about 30 degrees before the BBQ party started. Everything was perfect until my wife and I got ill.
