The villa itself is very very good. Clean and tidy. It got KARAOKE system, high end speakers and mics. Directly connect to YouTube music, Netflix, private pool, bathtubs, snooker table, open kitchen. It really has everything. Definitely need your own car or your own sort of transportation other than that it ticks every box. 7-11s are also closed by. 100% would definitely come back again with my group of friends when we are travelling to Pattaya again. Perfect for big family’s, couples and groups of friends together. The pictures in these reviews couldn’t do its justice. When I stepped foot inside I was running around like a kid. It was simply that good! Had the chance to stayed there for 3-4 days straight. Also got its own washing machines and dryer 😂

Se on luonnollisesti ystävällinen hostelli. Olin huolissani, että siellä olisi paljon vikoja huoneessa, mutta se ei ollut niin paljon kuin olin huolissani. On yhteensä 6 huonetta, joita voidaan käyttää yksityistalo. Tilat ovat yleensä vanhoja ja haisevat hieman ilmastointilaitteesta. Tunnet melko kaukana suuria matkailukohteita kuten Pattaya Beach. Mutta ei ole tarpeeksi tiloja nauttia ympäri. Tietenkin ei ole pesupalvelua ja en ole koskaan pyytänyt, mutta aamiaista ei tarjota. Huonoin kohta on, että huoneen kolme puolella on lasiikkunat. Ensimmäisenä päivänä makasin nukkumaan, ja ikkuna kasvoni oli auki, joten en voinut yrittää iskeä puutarhat. Lopulta peitin ikkunan isolla pyyhkeellä ja nukkui. My stay at Leela Resort n Spa I stayed at Leela Resort for four nights and really enjoyed my time here. The environment is beautiful, with many big, shady trees that make the whole place feel peaceful and relaxing. The resort feels just like a cozy villa — very comfortable and private. The room was spacious, and there was a large storage area where we could keep our things neatly. The breakfast was delicious and different every day, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent — very convenient and close to everywhere. Highly recommended! 🌸

We had a fantastic stay at Pattaya Zhongtian Beach Villa. The villa is spacious, modern, and very well maintained, exactly as shown in the photos. With 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. The private swimming pool was a big highlight—clean, well-kept, and perfect for both daytime fun and evening relaxation. The living areas are large and comfortable, making it great for group gatherings. Bedrooms were clean, air-conditioned, and the bathrooms were modern and convenient. The location is another plus: close to the beach, quiet, and private, yet still within easy reach of central Pattaya. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the property was easy and responsive. Overall, this villa offers great value for money, privacy, and comfort. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pattaya. We would definitely stay here again!

Almost good. Have stayed in many different Ibis Hotels over the years, but this one was a bit disappointing. Location is quite good, away from most of the nightlife, but close to beach and shopping. The room had a balcony but no desk or chair. The floorboards were loose. Aircon did not dry the air, so room was very humid. Funky smell from pillows - probably due to humidity. Hotel has a nice pool but due to tall buildings all around there is only sun from around 11 am to 2 pm. Breakfast was strange - lot of selection but missing several main items such as bacon, fried rice, tomatoes, cucumber etc.

Would stay here again 10/10 Ended up extending an entire week. Would’ve extended eve longer if the place wasn’t already fully booked. Considering the price - we never expected to be this amazed by the place. It was perfect! And worth every single baht. Perfect location (7-eleven, great Thai food, you can see the beach from outside the house), perfect vibe in- and outside the house — and Margo whom is caring for the house was just exceptional. Thanks so much for having us! We were actually sad to leave this place

There's some pros and cons staying here at Kann Pattaya Hotel, I appreciate the friendly receptionist and the helpful staff upstairs. The room was near perfect and totally worth the price. On the contrary, this hotel isn't very strategically located, and going anywhere will require a bike/car ride. Walking was near impossible, as there were no sidewalks but there is a seven eleven across the street. All in all, despite the cons, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would love to revisit.
