Pierwsza winda nieczynna,w drugiej windzie zepsuty wyświetlacz i nie można było odczytać na którym piętrze się już jest. Raczej nie wrócę."

"Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!"

"Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji."

Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Obsługa hotelowa jest uprzejma, profesjonalna i zawsze chętna do pomocy. Śniadania zasługują na szczególne wyróżnienie - bardzo duży wybór potraw, świeże produkty i wysoki standard podania. W hotelu dostępne są również udogodnienia, takie jak centrum fitness i szybkie WiFi, co dodatkowo podnosi komfort pobytu. Z drobnych minusów warto wspomnieć, że ceny - zwłaszcza za parking i niektóre usługi dodatkowe — są dość wysokie, a część pokoi mogłaby już zostać lekko odświeżona.
