Imagine you would like to owe a 3-storey landed property for a few days. This is the place to go. It is situated in 放城村, the village nearest to 南极村, the southern most tip of mainland China. The 3-storey residence is new and clean. Owner is friendly and helpful. He is a fishing enthusiast. So if you too are one, make prior arrangement.

維也納酒店徐聞店，衹能説還行。 先説説好的方面，前台服務意識強，剛到就及時遞上熱毛巾服務，瞬間消除了疲勞感，一下子對酒店提升了親切感和好感度。 然後是房間夠大，乾淨整潔，早餐也行，旁邊的停車場大到隨意停。 然而，不足之處主要有2點: 1.酒店進門口的斜坡通道角度太陡，估計僅次於90度，幾乎就是直拉行李箱，對我們年紀大的一點不友好。這點其實完全可以改進一下的。 2.酒店屬於臨街房，知道有一定車流噪音，但沒想到這麼嚴重，主要是窗户不是雙層的隔音玻璃。這點沒料到。 前台小姐倒是提醒過，但我們因為睡眠質量還行，所以沒有聽從她説的需加價換雙床房的建議。 建議酒店在預訂房的備註裏，最好説明清楚：大床房就是噪音房，雙床房就是安靜房，這樣便於他人進行取捨選擇。

The owner was welcoming and hosted me very well! Him and his wife put much effort into welcoming me and making me feel very comfortable. The apartment had a great view and lovely location! I highly recommend this stay, (especially for foreigners).

The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.

The view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

12月1日從湖南衡山自駕送爸媽去海南，中途在徐聞縣的鉑爾酒店住了一晚，整體體驗非常滿意。 酒店停車很方便，院子寬敞，對我們這種長途自駕的家庭來説特別省心。前台小姐姐服務真心好，看到我們帶着長者，主動幫忙拎行李，笑容温暖，還細心介紹了附近吃飯和過海的注意事項。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，爸媽也覺得很舒服，隔音效果不錯，睡了個踏實覺。第二天出發前，爸媽還特意誇這家店選得好，説是旅途中最安心的一站。 如果開車來回海南經過徐聞，很推薦這裏歇腳，尤其是一家老小出行，貼心又方便。

第二次選擇拾澗海了，一如既往的滿意，性價比很高！👍。首先，面積大，沙發茶几飯桌一應俱全，雙床二人住着很舒服，卧具很乾凈。還有洗衣機和晾衣架。免費停車場也擴大了，原來就在路邊上，現在是一個較大停車場，可以停放幾十輛車，停車不發愁了。需要注意點就是停車場到住處要上一節石梯，最好把東西精減一下，衹帶有必要帶的。這裏離徐聞港一刻鐘車程，我們每年來回海南都會選擇拾澗海週轉一下，這樣旅途輕鬆許多。😃

I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Owner was nice and friendly. Was in a good location where it was around a lot of shops and restaurants. Had a washer where you can wash your clothing. Had screwdrivers that I was able to use to try to fix your suitcase. The place was unfortunately run down and dingy. The floor was dirty. The door knob handles where broken, where it wasn't the most easiest to open. There wasn't anyway to flush toilet, due to there being no lever to flush it. Was not able to take a shower or brush my teeth because there was no water running through them.

It is a very nice apartment, near the Xuwen port. We have seen the ferry from the window. The apartment is new, clean, and has kitchen facilities. We are very satisfied with the owner's help and guidance through WeChat.
