I booked a one-night king-bed room via Trip.com. The room was very clean, nicely designed, and had a balcony. When I asked about extending for another night, the lady boss kindly offered the same price and upgraded me to a much bigger room with a bathtub. She was very friendly and helpful. The environment is very relaxing and great for runners. Highly recommended! ⭐

太喜歡這家酒店的設計了！黑白灰的主色調搭配暖黃點綴，高級又温暖。衞浴區域乾濕分離，玻璃門乾淨整潔，備品齊全，使用感很棒。床鋪柔軟舒適，被子蓬鬆，睡眠質量拉滿。房間隔音好，晚上很安靜，電視畫質清晰。細節處盡顯用心，比如牆上的收納櫃、可摺疊座椅，都很人性化。性價比超高，下次還會選擇這裏！房間佈局合理，空間利用充分，摺疊椅和小書桌很適合臨時辦公。隔音效果好，晚上很安靜，能好好休息。服務熱情周到，整體乾淨整潔，是出差旅行的優選，強烈安利給大家！

我們過來螺螄灣進貨，酒店開了幾年我們就住了幾年，停車方便，旁邊就是美食街，過一條街就是螺螄灣，房間乾淨整潔，服務員態度很好，值得推薦

Hotel staff is very friendly, front desk service efficiency and enthusiasm, room hygiene is clean and tidy, white towels, bathroom odor-free, soft and clean bedding,the hotel's services and facilities are also very complete, there is a special laundry room, laundry room has a washing machine dryer ironing machine is very convenient, the washing machine do not have to put the laundry detergent is very smart, the room TV can see the length of the laundry, write a note to the Help folded into the room, the hotel's environmental ambience is very good, the lobby is clean and hygienic, there is free coffee and orange juice drinks, there is also an ice machine, personalized service to do a good job! I have stayed in this hotel twice and will come back again!

Wanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. This was by far the BEST accommodation we stayed in China!! We booked two rooms because I'm travelling with my sister and her boyfriend. Both rooms were extremely clean, the best comfortable beds ever, hot shower, air con, all the toiletries were good quality and the staff were amazing!!!! They helped us out with everything!! Even though they don't speak English or any other language (like elsewhere in China), they were extremely helpful and we managed to communicate with the translator. We stayed two nights but we would have loved to stay longer which was not possible because visa's expiring soon. When we got there, they made us delicious noodles with beef and vegetables and my brother in law is still dreaming to get the same tasty noodles somewhere else in China 😊 We don't know the names of the hosts, maybe they are wife and husband (we are not sure) but surely this was the top accommodation and treatment we have received in China so we would like to thank you two again for everything you have done for us. We are sure your next guests will enjoy their stay at your place just the same as we did. Thank you from Sarah, Myriam and Fabio.

The reception of this hotel is the best, they were a pair of young man (that can speak a little english) and young lady that were so very helpful adjusting us tours and helping us map our way through the city 🫶🏾 Hotel is clean and have hot water, warm room. Located near to the muslim community (great for halal food!) and a night market. Very safe, the police station is right at front of the hotel.

Stayed at this hostel twice! This time I needed to mail a key card I forgot to return to my previous hostel. The hosts at Elegant were super nice and mailed the key card for me that day for just 12 yuan. The place is clean and will only be improved over time. Great wifi and hot showers. Bathrooms can be a little stinky and while the location is great for the train station, it's a bit far from some of Kunming's main attractions.

Great location that it is near a lot of food places, a store, and the Stone Forest. Even though I already visited Stone Forest on my visit to Kunming in 2018, this was still a good room in that I get my privacy. Hotel workers were nice in that they gave me more water and wanted to make my bed even though I didn't need it. I liked how it had a heater in there to keep me warm whenever the room got too cold. The thing that I was unsure of is how much freedom and accessibility I get in being able to cook things in the kitchen at times and I was confused about whether I was allowed to eat the food that the cook makes, or it is only for guests that order food and pay for it from him. Sometimes the cook is unpredictable in that I don't know when he comes to cook between the lunch and dinner hours. The front desk women were friendly and helpful in giving me information about certain things. I appreciate it when they loaned me a phone charger temporarily when mine broke until I can get a new replacement one. Thank You for that. The only thing I would have to say, is that it is too far from the city center from the train station in where I need to be in order to catch the train to Hekou and cross the border into Vietnam.

Great location, look for the yellow boards and you will find it easily. The room items are little bit used but all is all right and clean. I would not recommend to stay during cold nights - the room doesnt have AC. I was staying in room 207 and i heard all noise from stairs, even just walking and also people in room 206 were awake and screaming whole night so be aware of that.
