春節期間才開業的民宿，剛裝修好，全部都是新的，完全不用擔心衞生問題，房間樸實無華不是那種酒店風格，很温馨。房間各種用品和傢俱設施質量都好，很幸運訂到這家店，可以看出細節做得很到位老闆老闆娘熱情好客，可以借老闆的電車在附近逛逛，老闆還特意開電車帶我們去他推薦的燒烤店，味道不錯價格又便宜！！！而且入住時大家都幫我們提行李，下次來建水還來住

You step into Fuzeyuan Guest House off a busy street and it is like an oasis of quiet and calm. The guest house is round an internal courtyard, open to the sky. On all 3 levels there are places to sit and relax - the roof level is particularly nice. Our rooms were very well appointed, with comfortable beds and nice showers. This is the owner's home, and the first night there was a bit of a party going on, so there was some noise till about midnight. The second night it was very calm and quiet. It's in a good position in the town, within walking distance of several tourist attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jianshui and in the guest house.

The place has so much history and culture - we are privileged to be able to be able to experience it all during our time in Jianshui. The host (Zhao) is amazing - when we first arrived, he brought us around the place and told us all about it. During our stay, he goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. He even accompanied me to the pharmacy to get some medication. We felt right at home after a day and felt sad to leave. This place is close enough to the ancient city (7 min by foot). Around the corner, there is a local morning market. It’s small but you could see the hustle and bustle and even pick up some local fruits/food! Room is not big but it is sufficient and clean. We weren’t confined to our room because the communal area is very inviting. You get to play with the occasional resident cat and dog! Overall, this is a highly recommended for travelers seeking unique experiences!

Chaoyangmen and the ancient city is just around the corner from the homestay. The room is clean and has a heated bidet which is fantastic in winter. The lady owner and her mother are very nice people as were the staff. Despite being closed to the ancient city, we were pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the place. When we were there from 17-19 December, 2025, it was advantageous as we could just walk to Chaoyang to witness the singers practising for the Blueberry award event on 19 December. However, as with many ancient towns in the region, the streets are cobbled stones. We had small suitcases so we could just carry them. I hate to have to push large suitcases on cobbled stone streets. Finally, we enjoyed the porridge breakfast - beautifully arranged.

民宿就在米軌小火車臨安站對面，走路10來分鐘就到古城迎暉門，去朱家花園、文廟等景點很方便，周圍小吃、飯館也多，停車就在民宿門口，關健是民宿真的非常好，設計好、設施好、衞生好、服務周到，房間尤為舒適寬敞安靜。老闆親切友好，詳細介紹獨家旅遊攻略。前台小妹和各位服務員們素質都高，這次來建水的選擇太正確了，強烈推薦。

Highly recommend this place for anyone travelling to Jianshui, the hotel has a traditional guesthouse vibe and is located within walking distance to the old city and Jianshui-Shiping train. Be aware that because of the traditional construction of the building there can be a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (doors closing etc) but personally this didnt bother me at all. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they looked after us, provided delicious breakfasts and even helped us to find a local guide to take us to Yuanyang Rice Terraces. Im very thankful to the Hosts and next time I go back to Jianshui I will definitely stay here again.

一家古香古色的民宿，據説建築已經有四百年歷史了，住進裏面有種體驗古人生活的感覺。雖然建築古老，但是裏面的現代設施該有的也都有，並且打掃的十分乾淨，讓人感覺很安心。店家也很熱情，所有人都非常友好，進門時候店家看見行李箱重會搭把手幫忙拿一下。臨走的時候把包忘了，去高鐵站的路上老闆打電話來提醒，並且為了給我們節省回來取包的時間，還特意走出了很遠等着我們，非常感謝老闆！以後再來建水的話還會選擇這家！

老闆一家人美心善，特別有親和力，一開始房間安排的1樓小朋友不喜歡，後來直接讓我們升級房型，住到了3樓，有一個自帶的陽台。老闆娘一定是一個愛生活的人，在陽台種了很多盆多肉，晚上回到房間看着外面的風景，一種安靜愜意的美好，小朋友在這裏住的也很舒服，點贊。

Parfait. Le gérant a accepté de me changer de chambre car je ne captais pas le réseau téléphonique dans ma chambre. Propre, lit confortable et calme.

房間寬敞明亮，乾淨舒適比想象中的大，老闆娘特別熱情服務態度很好，設施齊全還是很方便的，贈送的特色烤豆腐也很好吃，而且位置在古城內，特別適合來旅遊的朋友住。很推薦大家來住這家民宿。好評好評好評好評
