We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay here and it was perfection! The hotel is situated high in the mountains but only 20 minutes away from Panda Valley. The rooms were very clean and are supplied with everything you could need. The views were exceptional and we instantly fell in love with this place! The hotel is well worth the price paid. There are evening meals available but it is also possible to order takeaway from the restaurants in the city to deliver. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the spring water spa bath in the room. The beds were huge and so comfortable, it was blissful! The customer service was the greatest! The staff were happy to help with every request and were so friendly, they really made the stay memorable. The staff helped with small items such as mosquito spray (although it wasn’t needed), lighters and other items we had forgotten. They also helped us to book our tickets and arrange our trips for the following days to the temple and Panda Valley. They also went out of their way to drive us to these places and made sure we were able to get inside as we don’t read Chinese! As I said, exceptional service! We very much look forward to staying here again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to all of the staff at Sanmoun Villas for a wonderful and unforgettable stay 🥰

我真的特別喜歡這個房間，當時訂的時候也是一眼看中了這個房間外面的小溪，來了之後真的跟照片一模一樣，而且衞生非常乾淨。在這裏住了三個晚上，因為下雨每天都麻煩酒店的阿姨送我去古鎮又接我回來也沒有過怨言或者怠慢，真的蠻好的。

Very good service, people were patient, using translation apps to communicate. We really liked the hotsprings (we you can enjoy your entire stay) and they even brought us to panda paradise. We also saw that there was a sauna downstairs, which was not on, this might be a very nice addition. Good breakfast. Just good to know when using the laundry service it did not include drying Service (only washing). For us this was a bit bad timing because we had to pack wet clothes, but if you know this in advance you can hang the clothes. Also a an English translation for breakfast signs would be very helpful for foreign tourists.

Very good hotel, stayed in the delightful family room, very spacious room. Child friendly room with child corner protectors on desk/table corners. Room cleaning and servicing very good. Rooms in a very good state. They changed our slippers and towels everyday and replenished us with bottled water. They have 2 washer dryers on site, but closes at 10 pm. They have a robot delivery service as well which we did not use. The hotel is in a good location. Above a shopping mall. A large supermarket below, there's a hypermarket called RT-Mart 15 mins walk away. No 4 bus to Dujiangyan Scenic Area. Didi taxi also very cheap. Breakfast is ok but caters more on the oriental side. I would highly recommend this hotel and particularly this room if you have 3 to 4 people as a family group. Don't be put off by the child themed room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I’m happy to share my experience! The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The modern toilet was a standout feature – clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s hot spring facilities, which were incredibly relaxing and offered a wonderful way to unwind after hiking at青城后山. The local home-cooked breakfast was delicious, setting us up perfectly for the day ahead. What really made our stay memorable, though, was the amazing service from the boss. He was incredibly helpful and approachable, going above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After checkout, he even helped us hail and contact Didi driver, which was a huge convenience. One down side was the wrong advice given and wasted our 30mins walk to find cable car back to town had already ended service and we had to find our way down ourselves. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great service, comfort, and thoughtful touches.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here — I truly loved it! The atmosphere and surroundings were wonderful, creating a very pleasant and relaxing experience. The staff provided excellent service; they were always polite, helpful, and willing to assist with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and important spots in the area. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my Thai friends. 😍😍

The highlight of the hotel is its friendly and polite staff. They create a cozy atmosphere at the hotel, from the reception area, up to the cleaning staff and also the staff at breakfast. The breakfast was very good and also in a nice space. Another beautiful area is the terrace on the highest floor overlooking the mountains. The room is spacious. From the things to improve, the walls above the floor would need painting, the washing machine was a challenge to operate (but it is still good that the hotel offers one) and I did not see any gym.

We stayed one night in December 2025 as a family and found the Wanshan Inn (Qingcheng Front Mountain Branch) to be a solid, comfortable choice, especially for families visiting the Front Mountain area. Our family room was clean and spacious, and the large spa bath was a welcome bonus after a day of walking. The location is very good for accessing Qingcheng Mountain, and the entire hotel felt notably quiet at night — we slept very well, and there was very little noise from other guests or outside. The staff were attentive and genuinely tried to be helpful throughout our stay. While we didn’t really test their English (my wife speaks Chinese), it was clear they put effort into providing good service and making guests feel looked after. Amenities are fairly simple but in line with expectations for this type of property and location. Breakfast was included and was modest, but served in a quaint, rustic way that suited the setting rather than feeling disappointing. Overall, this is a clean, well-located inn with personal service, and it feels particularly suitable for families looking for a quiet and convenient base near Qingcheng Mountain.

We loved our stay at Spring Hill! The floating breakfast was a highlight every morning. The food was delicious and even though it was low season, the selection was great. Service was amazing considering we got a free upgrade and there was an English speaking staff. Very child friendly and our daughter loved playing in the hot tub every day. The views were also incredible! Highly recommend booking a hot tub room.

Went during a low season. The hotel was virtually empty except for us, but the staff remained professional. The rooms were a slight letdown on a few points - BUT overall it was extremely enjoyable and downright luxurious in other areas. Overall, a definite recommend. We had a great stay and a great time. Amazing - it's a working tea farm. We woke early to pluck tea leaves for the experience (free but worth 68 yuan) and if you collect enough you can take it to the tea master to then experience frying the tea in a wok to turn the fresh leaves into dry green tea. The tea sachets in the rooms are made by the hotel themselves and taste great. More free experiences are included with the stay, including tea brewing classes and wearing hanfu. I thought it to be incredibly value for money. The private onsen is great and came with a homemade herbal pouch to throw in for a medicinal bath. The rooms are spacious with an excellent view - and I MUST commend the incredible number of light switches which let you have any combination of light ambience. Minor letdowns - mosquitoes will come to you at the alfresco area during mealtimes, I would sit indoors next time. We also had to run the shower for a long while before hot water could come out. The charging sockets are a little iffy with lots of dust in the sockets and some outlets might not be working depending on your luck. The standard sockets mostly work but USB sockets might not. The smart W/C is also slightly malfunctioning but largely works as intended.
