這次入住體驗超棒！酒店設施齊全，乾淨整潔，服務人員態度親切，主動幫忙提行李、解答疑問。房間隔音效果好，能很好地保證休息。會再次選擇這裏，最主要的是出門走的時候忘帶尿不濕了，然後酒店的工作人員還幫我買來了尿不濕，幫小孩沖奶粉，反正真的特別的貼心

I had a wonderful stay at Tiangong Heyuan Hotel Huashuiwan. The staff were outstanding—professional, warm, and always ready to help. Every evening, they thoughtfully sent delicious local snacks to the room, which made the experience feel extra special. The team was extremely helpful with public transport guidance and could even assist in arranging transport when needed, making travel smooth and stress-free. The hot spring facilities were incredibly comfortable, with clear and friendly instructions provided for first-time visitors. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the added AI support made the stay even more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. I will definitely come back again!

so far 3 night at chengdu. this is the most favourite accommodation of mine. The host super kind, helpful, generous. The room so spacious for 4 of us (2 kids /2 adult) the best things is the bed got heater & wool blanket to make sure we warm because weather here is super cold. Also i love the comfy sofa provided and I can relax and doing my work using the laptop. The host also gave us borrow extra heater and so generous provide us an oranges. The best part is I can put my luggage at reception while I go up to Xiling Mountain. You can ask the host to help booking bus ticket back to Chengdu city. Open the window and just secure the window net so you can enjoy the windy cold weather. Feel so blessed enjoying the God nature here. Overall I highly recommended this accommodation. So relax and peaceful.. the only sound I can hear is my kids snoring 😜🤣

The garden was nice and big. And the room cosy and clean. But the bathroom feels a bit old, although it had a new japanese toilet. It needs a deep clean. The bath mats look filthy. There is and automatic light from outside the bathroom that lights the entire bed room. The matress is very good so we had a good sleep!

爬完山、看了梅花，來花水灣泡温泉。酒店位於花水灣，比較安靜，距離中鐵四季温泉谷和豪生温泉都很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，老闆還可以代買優惠温泉票，下次來泡温泉還住這裏👍

民宿位置就在劉氏莊園旁邊 ，到建川博物館、公館老街都很近，步行可達，十分方便。房間的衞生是老闆娘夫婦自己打掃的，非常乾淨，看的出來很用心。房間的設施也很齊全，礦泉水、一次性馬桶套都是免費使用的。關鍵是老闆夫婦真的非常熱情，服務非常到位。那天到了後我們一家出去吃燒烤，吃到一半下雨了，竟然接到了老闆的電話，説下雨了 問需要來接嗎？當時就給我感動壞了。説實話 住五星級酒店都沒有享受過這麼有人情味的服務。為老闆夫妻點贊，為民宿點贊。

ตำแหน่งที่ตั้งดี เดินเท้าเข้าจุดซื้อตั๋วได้เลย เดินทะลุจุดลานจอดรถกว้างๆได้ตลอดชิลๆ มีร้านค้าขายของ ขายอาหารพอสมควร ทุกร้านรับจ่าย alipay ตัวโรงแรมดูเก่าๆหน่อย ไม่มีลิฟท์ สภาพในห้องปกติ สะอาด เรียบร้อย ไม่มีฮีตเตอร์ในห้อง แต่กะยังดีที่มีที่นอนทำระบบความร้อนนอนอุ่นๆพอได้ และมีแอร์พอทำระบบความร้อนได้บ้าง ต้องขอเพิ่มพวกผ้าขนหนู และ ไดร์เป่าผม ขอได้ฟรีเพราะไม่มีในห้อง ห้องส้วมแบบส้วมซึมนั่งยอง ตะคริวกินกันไป น้ำร้อนมี แต่ต้องเปิดรอพักนึงถึงจะร้อน งานบริการแม่บ้านถือว่าดี ยิ้มแย้ม ขยันขันแข็งตลอด ก่อนเข้าพักมีมัดจำ 100หยวน คืนตอนออก

超驚喜的入住！我和姐姐從福建來玩，直接被這家酒店圈粉 出來旅遊選對酒店真的太重要了！老闆的熱情和周到完全超出預期——我們剛到車站，老闆就主動來接，一路上還怕我們不熟悉周邊，細緻地介紹路線和本地小攻略，瞬間打消了陌生感。 房間裏面很智能，很有設計感，看的出來老闆是花了不少心思，直接叫天貓精靈就可以幫你開空調、開電視、開窗簾、開燈、放你喜歡聽的音樂…….簡直太方便了！酒店的床品更是“驚喜彩蛋”！柔軟又親膚，本來定好第二天9點去劉氏莊園，結果因為睡得太舒服直接睡過了頭，直到10點多才慢悠悠出發，連行程都變得更鬆弛了。 原本衹計劃住1天就去下一個景點，結果被老闆這份舒服和貼心打動，直接續住到了第三天。真心推薦給來玩的朋友，五星好評必須給滿！

Tämä oleskelu on todella hieno kokemus, ja meidän on annettava hotellille suuri kunnioitus. Hotellin palvelu on sanottu, että sisäänkäynnistä alkaen, reception sisar oli erityisen innokas, hoitaa viipymättä nopeasti ja vastasi kärsivällisesti ympärillämme oleviin peleihin.Huoneen tyhjentäjä oli hyvin varovainen joka päivä, huone oli puhdas ja jopa pöytäsäiliö oli kirkas. Huoneen sängyt ovat erityisen mukavia, pehmeitä ja puhtaita, nukkuvat erityisen hajuisesti yöllä, ei ole mitään häiriötä. Kylpyhuone on myös hyvin puhdas, kuuma vesi on riittävästi, vesipaine on vakaa ja kuuma vesi on erityisen puutteellinen. Lisäksi hotellin aamiainen on runsaasti makua ja hyvää makua, joka tyydyttää erilaisten ihmisten makua. Kokonaiskustannukset ovat todella korkeat, ja seuraavan kerran täällä on varmasti valittava tämä!

Friendly & handsome owners (two young chap) Room is big & spacious with all necessary toiletries, heater was provided in room & bed. They provide free shuttle trip to the entrance of tix booth. (10mins walk from hotel) Food was reasonable pricing & delicious but very big portion (2pax portion for 1pax price) - I have to remind them to cook lesser. Breakfast at 10rmb/pax (unlimited) Will definitely recommend to families n friends to support them.
