"Älä yleensä kirjoita arvosteluja, vaikka täällä olevat arvostelut olisivatkin minun piti. Asumme Pafoksessa ja päätimme tehdä pienen tauon itärannikolle, saimme tämän hotellin *********** kautta. Jos etsit 5 * majoitusta, ehkä tämä ei ole oikea paikka mennä, mutta se ei väitä olevansa, se on hyvä, puhdas ja ystävällinen hotelli, huoneemme oli puhdas, mutta päivätty, kuten monet hotellit Pafosissa ja olen varma täällä itärannikolla. Voin vain olettaa, että heidän WiFi-politiikkansa on muuttunut, todella hämmästynyt, kun menimme päätielle useita kertoja java-loungeen ja olemme edelleen yhteydessä hotellin WiFi-verkkoon hyvällä signaalilla. Allasalue on erittäin kaunis, ja toisessa päässä on suuri lastenallaskassakaappi ja tahrattoman puhdas, en voi syyttää tätä hotellia ollenkaan. Siellä oli myös ilmainen pysäköintialue, ja se on lähellä ranta-aluetta ja kävelymatkan päässä Protarasista (20 minuuttia)"

"This is our second stay at this hotel and again it did not disappoint, before i carry on anybody wishing to holiday in Cyprus should have no worry about safety concerns due to the Middle East conflict we stayed eighteen nights everything is operating as it was when we stayed last October there were no flight issues or delays.This is a family run hotel and is clean and well maintained with a recent upgrade to the pool area, all staff are friendly and approachable including senior management and owners making our holiday very relaxing, we had a swim up bungalow this time which was lovely and spacious, on our previous stay we had a pool view room which was also very comfortable.The food was exceptional with plenty of choice to satisfy all tastes the bar serves a good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks at reasonable prices for a hotel.The walk along the sea front is a must and visiting local villages and churches is worth doing nothing is too far away in fact the main Protaras area is a 5 minute drive away.Finally the atmosphere around the hotel is really good."

"We had a lovely week 4-11 May. It had some uodating since last year and the pool area is fabulous and the restaurant looks great. Spotlessly clean. Lovely food with a lot of choices. Reception staff and waiters were all very friendly and weloming. Cant wait to go back next year which will be the 4th year we have been. Thanks everyone and see you next year xx"

"I am not a picky person, but I would not choose to stay in this hotel again. The best part of the hotel was the large swimming pool. We stayed in the apartments. The room was quite basic and would need some updating the tap was rusty, the TV did not work, The microwave was old and yellowed, and toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo were not replenished. and there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor. The food was average with a limited choice, although dinners were generally better than the rest. The bar service was generally fine. Once there was a bartender who was not able to make a drink properly, which was a bit awkward, but it was a one time situation, maybe it was new staff . Some cocktails were not good, but the pina colada and san francisco were fine. The location is okay, but the nearest beaches are not very nice. It is better to walk further towards Fig Tree Bay, where the beach is much better."

"Alusta alkaen valmistumaan hotellin henkilöstö teki meidän oleskelu yksi parhaista! Ystävällinen henkilöstö, joka tekee sinusta tuntuu helposti ja mukava. Hotellin sijainti on täydellinen, jos haluat hiljaisen, rento loma! Vain 6 minuutin ajomatkan päässä protaras-rippuun, tai lyhyen kävelymatkan Pernera. Hotelli on ihanteellinen, jos pidät sekoituksen uima-allas loma, ja ranta loma, koska ranta on toisella puolella tiellä! Olin täällä 15 yötä ja miettiimme, voisimmeko pysäyttää pari ylimääräistä yötä, koska rakastimme sitä niin paljon! Jotain tapahtuu joka ilta, koska meillä oli paljon perhettä ulos se oli ihanteellinen, koska kaikki sitten olisivat pilattu valinnanvaraa! Jos haluat rentoutua ..... Golden Coast on sinulle! Kaikki mitä voisit ajatella, hotelli pystyi tarjoamaan! Huoneet olivat modernia ja tilavaa! Huoneemme oli täysin varustettu kaikkea, mitä tarvitsimme oleskelumme aikana, ja jopa pyytäessään rautaa, se tuotiin huoneeseemme 5 minuutin kuluessa pyytämisestä. Huoneet ovat SPOTLOSS! Mitä me maksamme 15 yötä, palaamme varmasti lähitulevaisuudessa! Hyvin arvokas rahaa, varsinkin kaikesta, joka sisältyy hintaan!! Kun jäämme hotellissa 15 yötä, menemme myös naimisiin siellä! Ilman hääkoordinaattoria emme olisi voineet saada häitä, joita teimme! Onnea, on yksi parhaista! Vuosina taaksepäin sähköposteja ja puheluja, hän pystyi tekemään hääpäivämme paras päivä elämässämme, ja emme voi kiittää häntä tarpeeksi siitä! Onnea otti kaikki stressi suunniteltaessa häitä, ja teki sen tuntua absoluuttisen tuuli! Jopa taka- ja taka-e-maileja, Felicity pystyi tukemaan meitä ja tarjoamaan apua, jota tarvitsimme! Suosittelemme erittäin jäädä tänne, ja varmasti palaa!!"

"We stayed here for a week The room was clean and tidy, the cleaner comes every other day, The family that own this are amazing and they will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The staff are great and helpful, The kitchen staff are great and the food is absolutely amazing, At night there is entertainment. Which is good and never boring. The pool is clean and a good size, you have a couple of super markets close by and a few minutes walk to the golden coast beach, which is beautiful We had a fantastic time staying here And we will be staying here again next year. Once again windmills thank you for a wonderful week Lorna"

"An absolutely lovely hotel, staff are so welcoming and interactive, nothing is to much bother for them. Theo in the Cullinarium, Pav in reception, John in the upper bar to name just a few. The food, drinks, service was top quality - I would only change one thing with the hotel: please add energy drinks to the bar, locally produced ones would be fine either as cans or on tap, even if it means paying when on an all inclusive. Then 1 thing in the excellent entertainment: please change it to a two week program not a 7 day one as the quiz and Cyprus nights were repeated. Other than that this is a fabulous hotel and location, quiet but in very easy reach of additional night life, shopping etc via a bus stop literally outside the entrance. ******"

"I recently stayed at At Herbal Spa and Hotel in Cyprus and, unfortunately, I came away feeling quite disappointed—especially considering the high price point of £220 per night for an all-inclusive experience. Positives first: The beds were genuinely very comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location—just a short walk to the beach. The view from our balcony was lovely and probably the highlight of the entire stay. However, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff seemed unwelcoming and disengaged. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them—responses were either met with blank stares or rushed, half-hearted attempts. It created a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere that lingered throughout the stay. The hotel bars were a major letdown. The lobby bar was permanently closed, and the one in the dining area was inaccessible. During the entire stay, we were only offered a drink once, and when we finally did get served, the cocktails were poorly made with harsh, cheap liquor. The poolside bar was perhaps the worst of all—run by a man in a tracksuit who seemed visibly annoyed to serve anyone. He sighed in my face when I asked for two strawberry margaritas, which then took him 15 minutes to make—using vodka instead of tequila. Even a simple rum and coke was an ordeal, taking over five minutes. The food was equally disappointing. There was very little variety—practically the same dishes every day—and what was available was uninspiring. The so-called snack bar consisted of sad slices of cheese pizza, rock-hard cheeseburgers, and small pots of fruit or salad. We ended up eating out for most meals, which defeated the purpose of paying for an all-inclusive package. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. It hadn’t been properly cleaned—there were old crisps and dirt under the bed, and the cleaners barely put any effort into tidying up or making the beds. All in all, our stay was mediocre at best. For the price, the service, cleanliness, and amenities were far below what you'd expect. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it—there are many other beautiful places in Cyprus that actually deliver on value and experience."
