位置比較偏僻，不好打車，設施比較舊。

非常不推薦 首先 牙膏牙刷沒有 跟服務員説了後半天沒有回信，後來打電話才告訴我 其次 服務人員英語聽不懂 不會中文就算了 英語也聽不懂怎麼做服務行業？ 窗型也不一樣 我訂了大床 給我了兩張單人床 合併後雖然成了雙人床 但是中間的縫隙很大 保潔的時候換被子還是兩個單人被 蚊子巨多 熱水不好用 總之不推薦

太偏了地方，床也不好，有蚊子，就在路邊很吵，晚上睡不好，周邊什麼也沒有 ，晚上很多可愛的壁虎，有幾百衹

設施有點老舊了，花灑用一半支架掉了。放香皂的支架螺絲也鬆了，不敢碰，窗簾一拉窗簾環也碎了一個。但目測入住還挺多。也許是遇上假期吧。環境很泰式，院子裏大樹開花很香。

Once a Grand Hotel Very comfortable in arrival. Parking spaces and staff very helpful. Very large rooms and bathroom. Everything functioned. Not a SMART TV so the first one I can remember I couldn't use my fire stick! The hotel was once very grand but now needs extensive upgrades in almost every area. Breakfast was average but good wasn't kept warm and choices limited.

This hotel is so beautiful in the large size of room. So kind of thai staff to service 25 hours. Its near north-pattaya. Have a private zone for you. 2 pool for swim and kids zone. Breakfast is ok. So many guests in this hotel but its comfy for you. I like it.

5 star for Thai-Lanna style i’ve never see that before and luxury large room (50 sqm.) that hotel is so private for everyone and this important this you guys will love it. Omg every room was so cheap. The best service and staff they are so so kind.

พนักงานเป็นกันเองยิ้มแย้มชอบห้องที่ติดสระว่ายน้ำขนาดใหญ่ยังมีสระเล็กให้สำหรับเด็ก ห้องกว้าง ร่มรื่น เงียบสงบเหมาะกับการพักผ่อนจริงๆ ไม่ไกลจากทะเล และตลาดอาหารทะเลขับรถไป 10นาทีก็ถึง มี่จอดรถปลอดภัยสะดวกเดินทางได้ทั้งถนนสุขุมวิทและเลียบทางรถไฟ

Very comfortable room, quiet, friendly staff, would definitely come again, swimming pool was nice, breakfast was good and there was a good selection, restaurant opposite was very good with English and Thai food

Before I go to the kasalong resort and spa i am annoyed. But when I go to the hotel their are friendly and I am happy 😊. The room I recommend is twin rooms with triple room . The room so beautiful. When I go to the window I saw the pools .this is wonderful hotel . It is very good I will go again if I have time.

I go to the hotel ith my family and I have a children's the room service is very good and the wellcoming from the frontline is to very good I feel like I live in family.good I will go again.good to seeing their again .
