"The stay at this hotel was excellent. the rooms were clean and well - maintained and the location and environment were beautiful .the food was delicious .Orchard with Apple apricots, and beautiful. flowers made the place even more charming. the staff we polite and cooperative . "We didnt stay at this hotel. We went for lunch at the restaurant. Firstly, food is very expensive and quality is bad. A plate of full chilly chicken costs 800/- rupees and was nit good at all. The same full plate at other good hotels cost between 525/- to 600/- Halka noodles was soggy and was full of tomato sauce in it. Wont recommend this restaurant. Expensive and not worth at all."

"Enter at your own risk. Firstly this not the original holiday inn hotel which is located at other major cities. This is a local hotel which has just copied the name of holiday inn. This hotel is not safe for family. Staying at this hotel ***** with my family is the biggest mistake we did. we booked this hotel as we were on a strict budget. Cleanliness is obviously the big issue but we were ready to adjust considering the cost. Wait all would be okay if this was a hotel & can you guess why i said enter at your risk, is because this is a not a hotel. Stay away if you are a family person. Take care be safe."

"Worst hotel I have experienced. Rooms was nothing short of a horrifying experience. The condition of the rooms, lack of basic facilities like electricity, and the unavailability of the room category we booked through Yatra. Toilets were not cleaned after the last checkout, we could see urine marks and spitting marks. The bed linens were not fresh and were badly stained, and they refused to clean the bathrooms even after repeated requests. The behaviour of the entire staff is unimaginably rude."
