"If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts."

"The hotel is close to the airport. The staff were polite and accommodating. Nearby fast-food restaurants such as Jollibee and Mang Inasal are located just across the hotel; however, you need to use an overpass bridge to get there. I found this a bit scary as there were homeless people sleeping on the bridge. Although there were police cars parked below, I did not see any officers present at the time. The hotel room I booked was quite small and could barely fit my two pieces of luggage, but it was still manageable. The room was well-equipped with a hot shower, towels, toiletries, an electric kettle, and other basic amenities. The only downside is that you need to walk and change elevators on the 5th floor if you’re going to a higher floor or if your room is located there, which can be inconvenient."

"You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their "express breakfast" is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this "express" hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!"

"Elämäni huonoin kokemus hotellissa. Varasin tämän hotellin 3 päiväksi ja 2 yöksi. Ensimmäisen päivän oleskelu on erinomainen. Ei ongelmia ollenkaan. Palvelu on hyvää. Toinen päivä uloskirjautumiseen on pahin. Ilmastoinnin jäähdytys toisena päivänä alkoi lämmetä. Lähdimme hotellista iltapäivällä ja palasimme yöllä. Yllätykseksemme ilmastointi ei yhtäkkiä toimi. Siinä on virheilmoitus FO. En ole tekninen, mutta yksinkertaisella selityksellä, se täytyy korjata teknikon toimesta. Koska tulimme takaisin yöllä, yritin ottaa yhteyttä tämän paikan huoltajaan, mutta ymmärrän, että hän ei voinut enää vastata, koska oli jo yö. Ainoa mitä tein, oli avata ikkunat, koska sisällä ei ollut enää tuuletusta. Oli edelleen kuuma ja olimme kaikki hien peitossa. En myöskään voinut nukkua koko yönä, koska lentokone kulkee 30 minuutin välein ja se on erittäin kovaa siitä lähtien, kun avasimme ikkunamme. Olen erittäin pettynyt, koska tämän piti olla viimeinen yöpymiseni täällä Pasayssa ennen kuin menen kotiin. Nyt lähden kotiin nukkumatta ollenkaan."
