"This is an excellent hotel - the rooms are so nice and comfortable, service is good and the overall experience is superb. Checking in and out was easy and the location is perfect - a short walk away from one side of MOA. I booked a regular room and got upgraded to a one bedroom suite with balcony which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options too. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the MOA/Manila bay area. Photo taken from the Galleon Museum which was a short walk away from the hotel. 🙂"

"The check in is quite stressful since the details provided via text and chat is not accurate plus our rooms is not in the same building even though I requested weeks prior to the check in date no response and only explained there. And the signal inside the building sucks and some rooms wifi didn’t work! Location wise good bur again internet for globe users sucks! At least one out of 5 rooms we booked has balcony! The family enjoyed MOA."

I was looking for hotels around Guangzhou in china and then the hotel came up , i unfortunately didn’t confirm that the hotel wasn’t in china before booking , because it showed “4km from the canton fair” which is what I was searching for. Immediately I payed I realized my mistake and requested a refund but I wasn’t given back . I do really hope yu can reconsider me for the refund as it was a mistake through and through ."

"Good: close to airport, street food oitside gates, resturant next door, beds are comforrable for westerners Bad: Wifi sparodic dropped out every now and then early checkin high cost 50% of their rate [not the rate i paid on booking app]. i did request via booking app earlier then arrival but no feedback about additional charges [easy to fix] so I had no option but to stay and pay [not a good experirnce to start with], maximum late check out is 12:30 despite hotel clearly not full. Competitors offer untill 3 pm I think management needs to review those policies, given that most people are airport transitting."

"Sijainti oli hyvin epämääräinen. Luulin, että se oli eri hotelli Savoy, ilmestyi se oli sama hotelli. Kun kysyimme ympäri ympäri ympäri tietämättä kukaan, missä MCollection on, paitsi että osoite on Savoy Bulding. Savoyssa (11PM) sisäänkäynnin kelpaaminen oli hyvin hidas. He olivat niin kauan tarkistaa, koska paljon paperiteoksia. Olemme vain jääneet hotelliin 5 tuntia aamulla lentomme takia. Se oli stressaavaa. Lisäksi sijainti ei ole hyvin lähellä NAIA3. Se oli hieman etäisyys kävely maantie Manila sillan ja se oli hyvin pimeä kadulla."

"Parking is off-site and about a 250m walk. Parking attendant allowed another car to block our way and was not immediately available when we needed to get out. While the driver was irresponsible, it was also the responsibility of the parking attendant to not allow the driver to block other vehicles. See attached photo. I own the orange Nissan Kicks. They also did a courtesy call to remind of check out time. They did this at 10:47am and woke us up. I gave the front desk feedback that the call should just be around 15min before 12 nn especially since we arrived in the wee hours of the morning."

"Booked this hotel because of proximity to Manila airport terminal 3. It was an interesting check in experience as it’s a spa and we have to change outside clothes before going to the room. They gave us the spa uniform which is comfortable. The sauna, jacuzzi are working well. They are very assistive also. The rooms were upstairs with the lounge area, though could be better with the smoke smell still can be smelled in the room despite non smoking room. Bed was a bit stiff, but enough for a night’s sleep. Food was free flowing, good choices. Massage therapy is additional fee. Play area and other entertainment were nice. Just quite hot in the common areas, made us sweat."

"A comfortable stay here. I think the price was a bit inflated because of the big fireworks contest at the Mall of Asia. I felt the room was a bit on the small size. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and attractive. The refrigerator was a joke, too small to fit much inside. Nice rooftop pool and gym. You also pay for the convenience of being near the Mall Of Asia which is about a 10-15 minute walk. I wouldn't suggest doing it in the heat of the daytime else you will be very sweaty by the time you reach teh mall !"

"The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service."
