"Shomo Chuki is located in a nice part of Paro. It had the best food among the three hotels we stayed at—a mix of Bhutanese, continental, and Indian. The cook was also kind enough to prepare custom food for us the day lunch was over, as we arrived a bit late after the Tiger’s Nest climb. The rooms are nice, although there are no elevators, so you may want to request lower-floor rooms if you have knee issues. Our room didn’t have a great view, but the corridor overlooks beautiful paddy fields. Pigeons become very active at night above the rooms. Service was excellent, and everything is a short drive away, including Ecofarm with its hot stone bath experience. Great value for money."

Sijainti on hämmästyttävä, lyhyt matka Paron kansainvälisen lentokentän ja on esteetön näkymät ikoninen Tiger nest. Kiinteistö on hyvin moderni, mutta perinteinen Bhutan arkkitehtuuri on kunnioitettu. Huone oli hyvin suunniteltu ja tilava. Rakastin päivävuode tarjoavan suoraa näkymää Tiger's Nest. Yleensä suuri arvo rahaa. Haluan myös mainita nimenomaan palvelusta. On tietty odotus Taj brändi. On olemassa tiettyjä henkilöitä, jotka tekevät oleskelu vielä muistin ja ylittävät odotukset. Kiitos Arun arvokkaista näkemyksistä ja ehdotuksista."

"I had a great room with awesome views from my glassed in sunporch at this lovely hotel. It is fairly small in a calm, quiet setting up on a hillside just outside Paro (near airport). It is very close to Paro and probably walkable if you don't mind a steep hill with no footpath. I took a lovely walk up the hill from the hotel which had little traffic, forest and views. The hotel was very clean, had the best hot shower I had while in Bhutan (including amenities such as a blow dryer). Bed was firm and comfy and though I saw no source of heat I had plenty of warm blankets & outside temps were cool but not cold. Good breakfast and dinner. Staff is lovely."

"Absolutely stunning location, beautiful lodge with a recently refurbished shower room which was huge. We absolutely loved it in our lodge. So peaceful, we were sad to leave. Evening buffet was good, specially prepared for the few tourists that were there. Breakfast ok, but it would have been lovely to have had more fresh fruit and curd available, we did ask and got some. Excellent Masala tea."
