GGaliya31I stayed in Hotram Beach boutique in February 2025, previously i visited a lot a lot of hotels, all over Asia, and this one is in my TOP-3 so far.
Firstly, the overall exterior and interiors of the place. I didn't get why people in previous reviews called it a dream, but it honestly felt like one so beautiful and picturesque is the greenery, the balance and mix of trees, flowers and architecture of the place. You can explore it for hours.
Secondly, the service was superb: all the employees and waiters were super nice and helpful, and attentive to my comments. Moreover, the hotel can help you to arrange the transportation from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel, so hit them up!
Thirdly, the breakfast buffet was great, quite simple but had all I would need so I can't really complain. I also like the restaurant food - it was great and very beautifully styled.
I definitely recommend visiting the place, and hopefully will be back as well:)

Các bạn đi theo nhóm gia đình có thể thưởng thức BBQ ngoài trời ,có sẵn lò than cho các bạn nướng. Các bạn không cần đi đâu xa ,đối diện Vanilla có chổ cho mình order đồ ăn hải sản rất tiện -tươi ngon -giá cả hợp lý .
Gần bãi biển (600m ).
Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.🥰

MMcaezSpent three nights, we got the ocean view room and it is indeed worth it. The view you wake up to in the morning is breathtaking. We have our 20 months with us, got us a crib. The service is outstanding. A few mins of requesting something from house keeping and there it is. So many pools - this hotel is also connected to another hotel. Only location wise is the downside. You need to drive almost an hour for a local market, a town.

AAnonyymi käyttäjäWe had fantastic days at this hotel and truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was great, and we felt very comfortable from the first moment.
The hotel is especially wonderful for families. There is a dedicated kids’ swimming area, a large indoor playground, a big outdoor playground, a beautiful saltwater pool, and direct access to the sea. All of these facilities were excellent and kept everyone happy and relaxed.
The food was delicious and of very high quality – we enjoyed every meal.
The only small downside is the location. The nearest town is about one kilometer away and is quite small, with limited options. Therefore, getting around usually requires a taxi. This, however, did not significantly affect our stay.
Overall, a fantastic place that we would gladly recommend and visit again.

Nook restaurant located in the resort is extremely slow in serving food. First time went in the afternoon around 3pm, only few customers sitting in the restaurant but it took 40-50 mins for them to get my food ready. They told me it was due to the system broke down so the kitchen didn’t receive my order. The waiter told me she would give my kid an ice cream for compensation, but the result was that we waited another 10 mins for nothing coming up, so we decided to leave instead of wasting time here. Second time went there for dinner around 7pm, ordered some dishes and a bottle of water. It took them 20 mins to get one bottle of water for me. My 3 years old baby was so thirsty and tired, so started to cry. The end result was that our family had a very unpleasant dinner, which almost ruined our trip.
Positive side:
Kids cookies class was good. My 8 years old daughter loves it.

VVieraskäyttäjäSuper nice hotel but in order to claim this is a 5 star hotel, the service needs to be up to par. The staff were very friendly and helpful, great service mind, however the timeliness of service (the waiting time for food or just a beer) is not a 5 star experience. Even paying the bill took up to 20 minutes sometimes. Location is way of and there is nothing local in the near vicinities.

AA.XHave shortlisted Melia Ho Tram for a couple of years and finally stayed there last week! My three days stay there wasn't enough and I felt I could spend a good week there! Location was quiet and very private, a perfect location for a getaway if you are coming from Saigon. Amenities were top-notch, service were impeccable from arriving at the reception to checking out! The food choices at Melia Ho Tram was also aplenty and I'd say the breakfast was very sumptuous as I couldn't really finish eating everything that I wanted! Melia Ho Tram shouts quality and I'll definitely be back in the summer for another couple days. Lastly, the beach was super clean and quiet, the way I love it - so if you value privacy and don't mind paying a little premium, this is where you'll want to be for a superb recharge!

They were very helpful in arranging a room upgrade and even prepared a lovely surprise to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality.

My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :(
There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on.
Overall a beautiful experience.
