The Hotel was quit Expensive, but there were so many merits. 1. Pool was Fantastic 2. Emplyees were very nice and kind 3. Hotel view was fantasic 4. Hotel Facility was Good One bad thing was no permission to bring outside Food (have to pay Fine, Penalty)

Olemme jääneet hotelliin 16 päivää eikä ole koetellut ongelmia tai epämukavaa oleskelumme aikana. Huoneissa oli ihana merinäköläheisyys. Kaikki tarvittavat asiat olivat saatavilla, kuten ilmainen juomavesi ja teetä tags. Henkilöstö oli vieras ja ystävällinen, varsinkin haluamme kiittää Nhat, Linh, Giang, Trang, Nuong, Ngan, Dat, Kong, Dung, joka palveli meitä pääravintolassa. Olemme hotellissa 16 päivää ja koko oleskelumme meillä ei ollut ongelmia tai epämukavaa. Huoneita oli kauniisti näkyvillä merellä, sijaitsee vieressä. Kaikki tarvittava oli saatavilla, mukaan lukien ilmainen juomavesi ja tee. Henkilöstö oli vieraanvaraisuus ja ystävällinen, varsinkin haluamme kiittää Nat, Lin, Jiang, Trang, Noong, Ngan, Dat, Kong, Dung, joka palveli meitä pääravintolassa.

It was wonderful time staying at the hotel. The room was large, clean and beautiful view. Breakfast was good. The hotel is just across the street to the beach. There is a shopping mall opposite side.

Pyyhkeet ovat täysin käyttämättömät: niissä on reikiä, ne ovat ohuita, pestyjä ja niistä törröttää lankoja. Ne näyttävät enemmänkin räteiltä. Myös vuodevaatteet olivat repeytyneet, mutta emme huomanneet sitä heti; pelkäsimme, että he veloittaisivat siitä erikseen. Kylpyhuone näyttää hyvältä, mutta suihkun viemäristä tulee hometta ja epämiellyttäviä hajuja. Siellä on keittokomero, mutta siellä ei voi kokata. Ei ole lautasia, astioita tai ruokailuvälineitä. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotellista on upea näköala, jopa kaupunkiin. Uima-allas on upea, mutta tammikuussa on kylmä ja tuulinen. Et pääse sisään ja ulos valokuvaa varten. Lapset kokeilivat sitä, mutta minuutin sisällä he istuivat pyyhkeissään täristen. Uima-allas ei ole hotellin vika, mutta älä odota liikoja. Ruoka on tavallista aasialaista ruokaa, ja hedelmiä tarjoillaan säännöllisesti.

Overall: 200% satisfaction 1. The best part of our stay was the attitude of the staff. The buggy drivers were extremely kind, always smiling, and very friendly. This created a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. They truly seemed to do their job with heart. One evening, while we were heading back to our villa, we saw two guests accidentally locked out of their room. The buggy driver noticed immediately and contacted the station right away to arrange quick assistance. This showed how much care and attention the staff give to their guests. 2. The service was very fast and efficient. When the lights in our private pool were not working, the staff came promptly to fix the issue. They sincerely apologized and expressed their regret, which we really appreciated. 3. The beach was very clean and beautiful. 4. The breakfast deserves special mention. It was absolutely delicious, especially the bakery section. Many thanks to the chefs for such great food. 5. Buggy service was also available for short trips, such as going to the supermarket for daily necessities, which was very convenient. 6. Our villa was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautiful. I stayed at Libra Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of food options to choose from every morning. The ocean view from the hotel was very beautiful and made my stay even more special. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was very important and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is also excellent — close to the night market and the city center, making it very convenient to explore the area. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Ibis as usual Good 3*** hotel located in central side of this noisy busy croudy city, small clean room, clean shower and toilet, everything is fine for this reasonable price. Bed is comfortable and clean, everyday housekeeping. Tea/cofee set with cups and 2 bottles of water, but plastic cattle is very cheap and old. Breakfast + Cold swimming pool and massage we didn’t try, nothing to say. On reception feels uncomfortable. On first floor convenience store and restaurant. For people who like Nha Trang is convenient location, but for us is uncomfortable, sorry… And on reception they ask 50 $ for deposit, hard to understand why?!

Cute hotel that's very affordable and right in the center of the city. You can see the beach from the room! Has a pool on the top floor which is very nice.

Photos of the room are outdated. Probably from when it was brand new. For the price and location can't complain. But the lifts are horrendous. Had to wait 20 minutes once to go down. Lifts just bypassed my floor even though the down button was pressed and lighted. For this reason alone, won't be coming back to this property again.

Fantastic location close to beach and shops and restaurants. The room we had was very nice and very spacious eith ocean view (highly recommend ocean view). Breakfast was a little disappointing....not much choice of desserts and pastries , coffee is not so good. Breakfast meals are not all ways replenished and if you come fir Breakfast st say 8am you may miss out on food already gone which is not replaced. E.g. no milk, only a scraps of fruit, no coffee cups left or condensed milk etc.
