"I traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan.
The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport.
More about the resort:
I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well.
My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym.
The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people.
The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views.
In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!"

The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed.
The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

VVieraskäyttäjäBright, clean, elegant with vibrant and warm services from the staff. It was in general a comprehensively enjoyable and relaxing experience with all amenities within your contemplation provided in this one single resort.
The highlight for us are the breakfast and the range of amenities. The breakfast food is diverse and fresh. We were particularly impressed with the viet noodles and the egg station, which are unique and fresh to the order. Of our three-night stay, these are the staple stations we go for during each of our breakfast sessions.
Next comes the amenities. Be sure to check out the pool and the beach! Unfortunately we didnt have time to check out the tennis court, yoga, golf and spa..

VVieraskäyttäjäThe resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized.
However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing.
For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration.
Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed.
In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as the resort has great potential to become an even better destination.

하지만 서비스 품질 면에서는 개선이 필요한 부분이 많다. 특히 식당 직원들의 태도와 대응 방식이 실망스러웠다. 예를 들어, 핫소스를 요청했을 때 없다고 안내받았지만, 실제로는 직원 뒤에 분명히 놓여 있었다.
또한 아침 조식 뷔페에서 우유가 떨어져 리필을 요청했을 때, 한 직원이 짜증 난 표정으로 우유병을 가져갔으나 약 30~40분이 지나도록 끝내 우유를 채워놓지 않았다. 이로 인해 나뿐만 아니라 다른 손님들 역시 우유를 이용하지 못했다. 기다리는 동안 그 직원과 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고, 그녀는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 듯한 무관심한 태도를 보였다.
전반적으로 로비 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 만족스러웠지만, 식당 직원들은 더 나은 교육이 필요해 보인다. 이러한 부분이 개선된다면 이 리조트는 더욱 훌륭한 곳이 될 가능성이 크다.

AAnonyymi käyttäjä큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음.
그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음.
단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요

HHanh LepetitWe got a very relaxing holidays at this hotel. Room’s settings made you feel like at home, cozy and spacious with a pool. If you are looking for a quiet holiday retreat, it’s the perfect spot for you. Far away from the busy city. Location is perfect less than 10 minutes from airport without any noise as it’s a small airport. Check in is smooth and fast, within no time after you landed, you are already in your room or swimming at your pool.
Daily Spa massage is professional, therapists are efficients and the whole area is well managed. You just need to contact them to book in advance your schedule during your stays as soon as you booked your room.
Yoga’s place is in an amazing setting, yoga’s teachers need to improve their English skills.
Gym place is ok. Can improve a bit more the setting.
Breakfast a la carte at Breeze restaurant is nice and professional. But the breakfast at other restaurant call Fresh restaurant needs to be improved in terms of locals foods variety( very few local dishes to discover…) and services, sometimes can be hard to find a table or waiter to attend you, due to lacks of management.
As the hotel is far away from city, no other options for dining around, we decided to stay and used all our meals at the hotel, which is fine for us as we don’t want to wandering around neither. But sometimes we feel it’s a bit limited, as there is only one restaurant is open most of the time and the Breeze restaurant is open only on weekends… and on Wednesday we have to opt for bbq dinner buffet and nothing else as the only restaurant is open for that bbq day, if you’re not keen on bbq, then you are free to go somewhere else to eat out of the hotel or stay in your room to order a la carte, which give us a feeling of being trapped.
Kid’s club and activities have to improve, especially for kids above 6 years old. There is a farm but it’s about 20 minutes wandering and discovering are enough to spend there. Especially when it’s hot. Not much more to do. Same as spa, we can’t order a foot massage or anything for children below 16 years old. Even if it’s private order. Kind of limited for family with children, as this hotel is a resort.
The Staff in general are courteous, friendly, smiling and have very good attitude. The surrounding areas and equipment are well maintained and clean. Buggies are available all the time to drive you from your room to others spots within the resort, they are friendly and thoughtful with guests.
All in all, we do remember about the friendly hospitality of the staff at the hotel whom made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We will be back again soon. Hope those small details will be implemented and improved by then.

VVieraskäyttäjäI slipped and fell in the shower room, and the hotel team did not know how to deal with it properly, and some of them were having not acceptable attitude. The bathroom had no anti-slippery met and I was wearing my own anti-slippery slippers. But still the shower room floor was way too slippery and I fell on my right hand. I immediately felt the pain and could not move my hand. After I got out of the shower, I called one touch service. The lady who picked up initially wanted to send someone to clean my bathroom. I told her that I did not need it to be cleaned since I was done with it, but my hand was hurting. She probably did not understand what I was saying and kept saying she would send someone to clean. then I told her I would like to talk to the duty manager. It was not even 10 PM but she told me it was too late. I insisted to talk to the duty manager because I did not care how late it was. It was my hand that was hurting. Eventually, a male manager came to the phone and asked me again what happened, sounding impatient. After I had to repeat the situation again, he promised to send a nurse to check me out. However, when the nurse came, I figured that he did not say a word of English, and it was very hard for me to communicate with him. And duty manager did not even show up. I called one touch service again a male picked up. He said he was not the manager who talked to me and said that I can use Google translate to talk to the nurse. I mean if a guest was hurt in your room at least you need to have the courtesy to visit apologize and check out what happened. But no, they sent me a nurse that could not even communicate with me. After I insisted to have the manager to come to my room because I know such a huge resort would definitely have a night manager on duty. At this point, it was not about me falling in the shower room, but the irresponsibility the team showed dealing with the situation. Eventually, Viktor the night duty manager came when the nurse finished examining and treating me. He said that it was the afternoon shift manager who picked up my phone. I stated the situation again to him and I did not need any compensation. I wasn’t complaining about him but the afternoon shift manager who did not show responsibility. It seems to me, he was about to get off duty and did not want to take care of anything. This was a safety concern and I’m surprised about the negligence the team displayed.
