VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed in Alexa villa just for one night as a quick get away, and the whole time we had wished to stay longer. Beautiful calm resort, on a beautiful beach. The resort was very well maintained with beautiful clean gardens, we ate in both the pool and buffet restaurants which we enjoyed.
The villa itself was wonderful. Clean modern homely. A nice little private pool, comfortable furniture, amazing bed and bedding. The 3 bedroom villa was very spacious for the 3 of us who stayed. The resort staff were friendly and helpful. Were already planning our next visit.

VVieraskäyttäjäBright, clean, elegant with vibrant and warm services from the staff. It was in general a comprehensively enjoyable and relaxing experience with all amenities within your contemplation provided in this one single resort.
The highlight for us are the breakfast and the range of amenities. The breakfast food is diverse and fresh. We were particularly impressed with the viet noodles and the egg station, which are unique and fresh to the order. Of our three-night stay, these are the staple stations we go for during each of our breakfast sessions.
Next comes the amenities. Be sure to check out the pool and the beach! Unfortunately we didnt have time to check out the tennis court, yoga, golf and spa..

VVieraskäyttäjäThe resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing and memorable vacation. The facilities were excellent, and the year-end event in particular was very enjoyable and well organized.
However, I would like to share some feedback regarding areas where service quality could be improved, especially within the restaurant. While the overall experience was positive, the attitude and responsiveness of some restaurant staff were disappointing.
For instance, when I requested hot sauce, I was informed that it was unavailable, despite it being clearly visible behind the staff counter. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration.
Additionally, during the breakfast buffet, the milk ran out and I politely requested a refill. A staff member took the empty container away with a visibly irritated expression, but the milk was not replenished for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. As a result, several guests, including myself, were unable to use it. Even after making eye contact with the staff while waiting, there was no follow-up or indication that the issue was being addressed.
In contrast, the lobby desk staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, which made a positive impression. I believe that with additional training and service management for the restaurant staff, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as the resort has great potential to become an even better destination.

하지만 서비스 품질 면에서는 개선이 필요한 부분이 많다. 특히 식당 직원들의 태도와 대응 방식이 실망스러웠다. 예를 들어, 핫소스를 요청했을 때 없다고 안내받았지만, 실제로는 직원 뒤에 분명히 놓여 있었다.
또한 아침 조식 뷔페에서 우유가 떨어져 리필을 요청했을 때, 한 직원이 짜증 난 표정으로 우유병을 가져갔으나 약 30~40분이 지나도록 끝내 우유를 채워놓지 않았다. 이로 인해 나뿐만 아니라 다른 손님들 역시 우유를 이용하지 못했다. 기다리는 동안 그 직원과 눈이 마주쳤음에도 불구하고, 그녀는 전혀 신경 쓰지 않는 듯한 무관심한 태도를 보였다.
전반적으로 로비 데스크 직원들은 친절하고 만족스러웠지만, 식당 직원들은 더 나은 교육이 필요해 보인다. 이러한 부분이 개선된다면 이 리조트는 더욱 훌륭한 곳이 될 가능성이 크다.

AAnonyymi käyttäjä큰 리조트 안에 몇개만 여기가 운영하는것 같았고, 버기를 불러서 이동이 가능한데 버기를 불러 달라고 하면 내가 말한 시간에 맞춰서 보내주지 않아서 좀 싫었어요(저녁 9시 말했는데 7시에 보내거나 그런식) 그리고 인피니티풀 이용 시 수건 제공하지 않는다고 수건 하나당 돈을 받는데, 당당하게 가서 걍 가지고 가면 아무말 안 하고 그냥 사용하게 해줬음. 튜브, 공 등 공기를 주입하는 기기가 인피니티풀에 비치 되어있는데, 앤이라는 담당자는 그 사실도 모르고 있어서 당황스러웠음.
그외 다 좋았어요, 방 넓고 프라이빗 비치 가깝고, 버기 없이 그냥 걸어다닐 수 있는 정도이고, 세탁기 있어서 편했고, 조식이나 기타 음식은 나쁘지 않았음.
단, 길게 묵을 경우 룸서비스 메뉴가 한정적이고 달라지지 않아서 좀 질릴수 있고, 그럴 때에는 음식 그냥 배달시켜 먹어도 되긴 해서 나쁘지 않아요

NNadezhda ArtemevaI traveled alone on vacation and booked a villa with a garden – it was one of my best trips ever! The resort consists of rooms in a multi-story building, two-story blocks, and private villas. The property has 2 amazing pools: large, comfortable, and packed with cool features for kids. There’s also a shop in the main building where you can buy everything from instant noodles and ice cream to shampoo and umbrellas. Two restaurants offer very reasonable prices if you’re on a breakfast-only plan.
The resort is literally a 6-minute drive from the airport and, in my opinion, the greenest, shadiest, and most comfortable among nearby options. They provide a shuttle to Nha Trang twice a day, dropping you off at the shopping mall opposite the Lotus Temple on the waterfront, with return shuttles from the same spot twice daily. The ride to Nha Trang takes about 40 minutes. To get around Nha Trang, I used GRAB taxis – just install the app and set ”cash” as the payment method; it worked perfectly. By the way, the resort exchanges Vietnamese dong (VND) at a slightly better rate than the airport.

I booked via Trip.com and handled all communication with the resort through the app. Upon arrival, a free pre-arranged transfer (requested via a form they sent) was waiting. The driver met me at the exit with a sign bearing my name. Check-in was quick since it wasn’t busy. The resort is large and handles multiple check-ins/check-outs smoothly.
My villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything you could need (even a flashlight, umbrella, ironing board, and all imaginable toiletries). Housekeeping came daily and provided ample bottled water, so no issues there. There were a few mosquitoes, but the in-room fumigator handled them well.
My package included breakfast, served for villa guests at the beachfront restaurant. They also offer afternoon tea (2–4 PM) with drinks, fruit, and pastries – perfect for a midday snack. I chose this resort specifically for its lush greenery, and it was a 100% success! The landscape design, variety of plants, and flowers are indescribably beautiful – you must see it! Waterfalls, ponds, and streams with fish create total relaxation. The grounds are expansive: walking the full loop is nearly 2 km. There’s also a golf course, tennis courts, and a small but well-equipped gym.
The resort’s private beach is excellent: plenty of loungers, easy entry into the sea, a lifeguard on duty from 6 AM to 6 PM, and it’s very clean. Note: abandoned construction sites flank the resort, and the sea washes debris onto their shores (naturally, no one cleans it), but it’s not excessive. The coastline itself is huge – 17 km long – perfect for endless walks with very few people.
The spa is stunning (private lakeside cabins, skilled masseuses), and the Japanese restaurant on the 20th floor of the main building offers incredible views.
In summary: This resort suits any type of vacation. For peace and quiet (choose a villa – serene with greenery right outside), or for families/friends with kids (great entertainment, pools, beach, and restaurant menus). I highly recommend it and will return with my family!

VVieraskäyttäjäRelaxing place but quite far away from everything, restaurants are pricey (compared to Nha Trang). It was difficult to reach the hotel before arrival (via trip.com or via their communication channels). Therefore, it was hard to plan ahead and when we arrived, everything was fully booked (SPA or special dinner by the beach). They upgraded our room to the executive floor (same size but higher floor), but can not enjoy the executive lounge. Don’t miss the sun raise it was beautiful.
Breakfast buffet has enough choices but everyday I heard customers broke a plate (maybe the space is too tight).
The rainforest pool was fun with the water slides. And we also enjoyed the main pool with a stunning view.
We tried the kite flying activity down at the beach but 11am was too hot for the kids. (The sun is right up). We also wanted to go coconut harvest but the weather is too hot. It maybe better if they can consider switching them to the afternoon. No late check out but you can enjoy the pool and other activities in the hotel.
