"Overall, the hotel makes a very nice and clean impression. However, there are clear weaknesses in the commercial processing. I booked and paid for the room via your platform. After completing the booking, I received an email asking me to check in online. As part of the check-in process, I provided my credit card details. Immediately after the online check-in, my credit card was charged with an amount of approx. 180.00 €. This procedure initially seemed unusual to me, as the room had already been paid for and the hotel already knew my card details. After checking in at the hotel, a further booking of €162.27 was charged to my card. I informed the hotel reception about this and they assured me that these two reserved amounts would be released after check-out. The first reserved amount was released a few days after check-out, but the second was not. On August 26, 2024, my card was debited with €80.93 and on the same day €80.43 was credited again. The result is that my card is still charged today, eleven days after check out, with a reservation of approximately $180.00. I am surprised about such a behavior and have asked the hotel to explain the reasons for the charges on my card. I have already complained to Wyndham and asked the hotel to ensure that the amount -still reserved on my card- is now quickly released."

"Vom Hotel kann man in kurzer Zeit die umliegenden Canyons erreichen. Für meine 4-köpfige Familie optimal ausgestattet sogar mit Indoor-Pool und Wirlpool. Einziges Minus war der fehlende Ec-Automat. Für Bargeld muss man die im Ort befindlichen Automaten zu Fuß oder Auto aufsuchen. Cash-Back wird auch nicht praktiziert."

"En usko, että viisi tähteä on maamotelli. Olen seisonut siellä kolmen vetokastin kanssa (toinen pysäköimään) ja katsonut, että taistelen ja etenen. Kello yhdeksän hotelliin oli tullut ajatella, että voisit syödä jotain hotellissa, joten ravintolassa oli tänään sattumaton sulkea baarin väliaikaisesti. Huonepalvelu ei ole, minijääkaappi on tyhjä, kylpyhuone ei ole kiinni, puhelin ei toimi, ja kysyi vastaanottoon, että Utah-lain mukaan minijääkaappi ei ole asennettu. Heräsin seuraavana aamuna ja ajattelin, että hotellilla oli aamiainen ja syönyt muutamia auringonvalkoisia, ei ihme, että Utah oli vähemmän kuin muilla Amerikan osavaltioilla, koska todellinen ruoka oli liian vaikea syödä.Hotelli ei ole ruoanlaittoa, liivit ja pesutarvikkeet.Älä unohda ottaa haa."

"Bon hôtel, bien placé, à côté de plusieurs restaurants et bars accessibles à pied Accueil courtois, personnel aimable Chambre un peu petite et vieillote mais confortable. Piscine extérieure agréable.Petit déjeuner moyen.Bon rapport qualité prix."

"This is the super 8 remodeled. Looks outdoorsy but the ”upgrades” are cheap. The problem we had is cleanliness. We pulled back the covers on both queen beds to find dog/cat/some kind of animal hair in both bed. We could also smell animal urine where (I'm guessing) an animal markes in the room. The front desk was happy to help us move rooms, which then had clumps of hair in the corners, including the shower and bathrooms. Final issue was the ”fridge” which is a cooler, but it turns out it's basically a deep freezer, so anything placed inside will freeze. Beds were comfortable."

"This place rocks!! The location is amazing and the facilities are on point. It’s not very often that my wife asks me if we could stay an additional night and this was a place that we would have done this at if we didn’t have a tight schedule. The room and amenities were clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. Auto pancake maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy were delicious along with the other breakfast items. I’ll be staying here next chance I get."
