"I have been there 3 times, and the recent one was really 😡. The room is clean, front desk is so warm hearted and everything is perfect except the breakfast service. The first day breakfast is on Friday morning, the Asian girl was so nice and we are allowed to take Starbucks coffee from the fridge which included in our breakfast plan. However, on Saturday morning, the breakfast bar server was a white old lady and she said no Starbucks coffee, I said yesterday was Okay and she answered today is today! I guess she is the owner of this hotel and changed the policy over one night! Besides, she was rude because my one long hair dropped on the check desk and she said “ Your hair!” I was shocked by her reaction! Am I polluted her check desk? ***!"

"The facilities were satisfactory. The food was acceptable. However, I was highly dissatisfied with the front desk service. I attempted an early check-in and was informed that the earliest I could check in was 3:00 PM. When I returned at approximately 3:10 PM, I was told I would need to wait an additional 20 minutes or until 4:00 PM because the room was not yet ready. As I was leaving, I observed the two front desk staff members, who appeared to be Hispanic, laughing loudly as I exited. I then waited in my car. Shortly thereafter, I noticed several other guests entering the building and being checked in. I returned to inquire again about my room, and the staff member appeared visibly upset by my return. She checked the availability of my room and, as a result, I was assigned the last room on the first floor, which felt like a punitive measure. We checked out on Sunday, around 11:20 AM. I received a phone call asking if I planned to check out that day. I explained that no staff was present at the front desk to process our check-out, and since we had already returned the key card, we left it in the designated return box. The front desk staff should have verified the return box before calling. Overall, the customer service experience could have been significantly improved."

"Only problem was that husband’s medical procedure at UTMB was cancelled with no notification so we were stuck with one night’s charge because I had to pay ahead of time—won’t do that again!"

"Hotel sehr gut gelegen (I45, Buc-ees, Outlet, Space Center 15Min, 30Min zum Strand, HEB, Walmart...), sauber (Aussenbereich etwas vernachlässigt) und ruhig trotz I45, Frühstück reichhaltig und von guter Qualität, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Nice new hotel, but breakfast was disappointing The hotel itself is clean, modern, and clearly pretty new. The room was comfortable and everything felt fresh and well-kept. But the breakfast was really underwhelming — barely any choices, and it felt more like a snack than a proper breakfast. Definitely not what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. Overall, still a good place to stay if you just need a clean, quiet night — just don't come hungry in the morning."
