"This hotel is located right in the heart of town! It is perfect for waking up and immediately walking out to visit the best shops etc. The room I had was quite dark. And while all the amenities were available, the room felt a little bare and dark for me. For the price I was expecting more of a luxe experience but it felt a bit closer to a motel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved Fort Worth!!!"

Завтрак был включен, но он мне показался бедноватым. Комнаты чистые, просторные, имеется большой стол, за которым можно работать с ноутбуком. Единственное, что не понравилось, то что кондиционер был близко расположен к столу и невозможно было работать за столом, когда он был включен. А так все ок."

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"Staff was kinda rude and my card got charged 20 yesterday without my knowing after I went here the beginning of the month for one night. No one or even the website or the front desk told me about the extra charges or that there will be any."

"I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center, and it was a really good experience. The location is excellent, right by the Convention Center and very convenient for getting around downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My room was a good size, and because the hotel is fairly new, everything felt very clean and fresh, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it had a nice variety of options, and the waffles were particularly tasty. Overall, the hotel offers good value with amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. I can see why it gets positive reviews, and I'd certainly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth."
