"Una estancia inmejorable. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro de Charleston. La chica de recepción que estaba la tarde del 6 de septiembre que nos ayudó a hacer el check in fue increíblemente amable e incluso pudo ayudarnos con un error que cometí en la reserva (hice 2 reservas diferentes para 2 noches y la habitaciones eran diferentes) y pudimos mantenernos en la misma habitación sin tener que hacer el cambio con el contratiempo que hubiese supuesto. No recuerdo su nombre, pero espero que le llegue nuestro más sincero agradecimiento.  Además, es para destacar la limpieza de la zona de desayuno, siempre estaban pendientes de reponer y limpiar mesas y superficies. Se nos obstruyó el grifo del baño y lo arreglaron inmediatamente."

"The young man at Checkin was wonderful. The plusses all stop there. Got into the room. First of all, I ordered and received confirmation that I was getting a Rollin Shower room. Not! Did not receive the room I ordered. I cannot stand in regular tub/attached shower. How disappointed we were. Next. NO Air Conditioning. Power completely off on the room unit. Joshua kindly came in the room to try to fix/adjust it. No action. So next, he gives us another room. We were so excited our problems would be over. NOT! This room, I flushed the toilet..........NIAGRA FALLS!!!! Bathroom Fludded over with water in less than a minute. Could not stop it. My husband goes to front desk and gets a plunger and a mop. We slept in a room with totally wet floor as the mop had fibers no thicker than a child's jump rope. It was thin and old. We just endured a soaked room until we checked out in the morning about 6:30AM. Came to Charleston for Medical reasons. This room situation really made us SICK! I can only say the staff, and the breakfast are super kind. Whoever confirmed the room order from the very beginning DID NOT give us that room, and the rooms they gave us were totally devoid of being usable for any guests. Please have housekeeps check the basic facilities in rooms before allowing the front desk to rent them. Test the AC and Flush each toilet. Thanks!"

"I was super pleased with our stay! We got a very reasonable price on our stay so I was a little nervous to see the place and I was so very happy we chose to stay here! The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the location couldn’t have been better! The only complaint we had was the elevator took forever and was not air conditioned so we used the steps which the stairwells are also not air conditioned. They had maintenance people painting rooms and doors keeping the place looking nice so they definitely care about the look and they guests so hopefully they can help this in the near future… I looked at a crazy about of places before we booked and I read reviews on every single one so I hope to help someone else with reassurance that this is a great place to stay! 5 stars!"
