"Location is good and not v good at the same time. Good in terms of the view, not so good because it's way up at the up and you have to walk up the slopes from the town. The main staffs were friendly and helpful, but not so much with the night shift staff. Wasn't helpful when we found dead bugs under the blanket. Handed us new blanket and pillows and expected us to put in on ourselves.
Main staff and manager were nice enough to offer compensation, better cleaning, free washing service and complimentary birthday cake and wine."

"Best hotel I've ever stayed in TURKEY so far, nice & kind service from the reception by recommending us the red tour for half day trip (so far so good if nothing to do) and also rooftop for hot balloon view (depends on luck & weather) and even recommended one of the best restaurant ”topdeck cave” for cheap and tasty foods (no pottery beef unless u go to the rest beside and it's call ” wood spoon restaurant ”) 🥳🥳🥳

"Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning.
Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well.
It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views."

"Great Location. It’s at the heart of Goreme just beside the bus stop. All restaurants and pawn shops are just around. We watched balloons flying in the morning from the hotel rooftop. At the rooftop they also serve breakfast which is yummy. The staffs are helpful and guide you for any trips that are helpful. The family room had washing machine, kitchenette, dinning space. Really enjoyed our stay here"

"We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again."

"El hotel está bien situado. Cerca del centro de Göreme, estación de autobuses, restaurantes, tiendas y no lejos de los sitios para visitar. También de agencias si se necesita para hacer tours aunque el hotel también puede reservar.
No limpian la habitación al menos que lo pidas, tampoco cambio de toallas y sábanas. Pedí una sola vez cambio de toallas en 5 días y no entraron para nada más. Si estás avisado y te parece bien, perfecto pero nosotros no lo sabíamos y lo pregunté.
Utilizamos el servicio de lavandería y bien (ropa planchada, pero no bien doblada y planchada).
La habitación olía mucho a humedad pero al ser dentro de un cueva puede que sea normal. Pusimos un poco la calefacción un día y parece que mejoró un poco. Nos dió un ambientador también. Habitación grande y baño enorme con jacuzzi (pero también olía mal).
Tuve que dormir con antifaz porque las cortinas son blancas y deja pasar la luz (pero si no te importa no es muy grave).
Los que llevan el hotel son amables y te ayudan si lo necesitas.
El desayuno es bufé y tienes que ir a las 8h30 porque no reponen. Es desayuno turco con algunas galletas, quesos, aceitunas, mermeladas, pan, café, zumos, ... Está bien aunque sea lo mismo cada día.
Buena terraza para ver los globos (da a dos calles distintas aunque la parte de arriba está en obras)."

We booked our balloon and green tour through him, it was 10/10. Location is good, linen and towels were clean. Everything you would expect on a more premium stay. Definitely worth it.

CCkKelvinWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable.
The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch.
Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable.
Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

AAnonyymi käyttäjäService here is superb! The receptionist gave us a short tour of the whole hotel include the sister’s hotel as the facilities are shared. The view and the terrace here are AMAZING. You literally find many instagramable spots every corner of the hotel. Had my dinner and breakfast in Seten’s restaurant, I would say they are both really delicious and many choices for the hotel’s breakfast.
Room could be quite small even I booked the Junior Suite, room has no ventilation too, the window can’t be opened so it can get a bit stuffy inside the room.

SSonia RaphaelWe booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop).
📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp.
They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel.
🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅
🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot!
🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people!
Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom.
🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️.
The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼
🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request.
Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here!

Ssean01664**I stayed at 3 different hotels in Cappadocia, Sah Saray Cave Suites is definitely the best.**
We came in a group, 1 couple and 5 friends, rented 2 cars. My original plan was staying 2 nights in Uchisar and another 2 nights in Goreme at the same hotel. But the 2nd night that hotel was fully booked hence I had to look for another one. Basically most of YouTubers/Influencers/Bloggers that I saw recommended similar hotels, it’s kind of boring, so I just randomly clicked on the Google Maps and checked them out one by one. I’m so glad that Sah Saray popped up and it immediately caught my attention.
I booked Mahidevran Room and Kemerhan Room. Both rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. Beautiful design, great view, excellent service and great hospitality. Got plenty of spaces for parking right outside of the hotel which is nice as it’s difficult to find a parking spot up the hill. Fast responding on WhatsApp when I asked for extra bed before arriving. All of my friends love this hotel so much that they wouldn’t want to check out. Highly recommended!

They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon.
What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice.
I will definitely visit again.

Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

VVieraskäyttäjäThanks for Ali and Tolga for the best service in my Cappadocia, Turkey!! They cared our overall days in hotel very carefully, including breakfast, tours, and so on. The room has good facilities with nice options, and breakfast was nice, including lots of beverages. We experienced great time in Virtus Cappadocia Hotel! Also you can enjoy beautiful sceneries in terrace at dawn.
These are several minor feedbacks, which is not critical.
- A room was a little small, I could not open 24-inch carrier fully.
- Tours were great overall, but I think it depends on the guide ( This point is not what the hotel can control)

LLay Har YeoWe really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻
Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything.
The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all.
