The overall stay was amazing, the location and hotel view is very nice. The staff was too friendly and helpful and taking care about all details.Breakfast and food so tasty. I highly recommended and for sure will come back. Especial thanks for the reception staff and for Nabil who help us as well during our stay.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. Very good rooms, amazing service, beautiful resort. We had to check out at 5:30 AM in the morning to catch our flight and they even gave us breakfast boxes. Location was very near to the turgutreis marina and market. Loved the stay.

Situated just a three-minute walk from the oceanfront and bustling shopping streets, Sade Pension is perfectly located. Despite its proximity to food stalls, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, the hotel maintains a tranquil atmosphere within its own garden oasis. The serene environment makes it easy to relax and unwind. One of the standout features of Sade Pension is its friendly and outgoing staff. The owners and their team go out of their way to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The boutique-style rooms are charmingly decorated with lots of colors, plants, and art, creating a vibrant and inviting ambiance. At night, the hotel comes alive with twinkling lights, and the garden terrace, where guests can enjoy free coffee and tea, adds to the magical atmosphere. The breakfast buffet is a highlight, offering a clean and well-presented spread. There are two hot dishes—scrambled eggs and a sausage dish—alongside plenty of cold cuts, cereals, jams, juices, and breads. One small suggestion would be to add yogurt to the selection, which would complement the already diverse offerings. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are kept clean. However, the bathrooms could benefit from a refit to match the charm and quality of the rest of the hotel. I liked our apartment with a little bit of sea view and it was clean. The staff was always very friendly and with the help of the guest relationship manager, everything could be organized. The breakfast was good and the pool areas nice for a swim.

Royal Asarlik Beach Hotel & Spa is very good, beautiful location, and good service and very nice staff. Mr Mustafa and Mrs Kenica at reception are very nice and helpful. Bartender Farhad is also very nice. The food and the staff in the restaurants are very nice and helpful. Perfect hotel with incredible good service.

Hotelli varattiin 1 yöksi, koska he olivat matkustaja. Sijainti super, 3 minuutin meren, aivan keskellä, päin kahvilaa, vieressä oven SOK-kaupan rakennuksen. Erittäin kaunis puutarha, tyylikäs. Huoneet ovat pieniä, mutta kaikki on niin mukavasti järjestetty ja kaikki on. Voit pyytää koukku hengitysteiden. Huone on puhdas. Ei kuuma, ilmastointi ei ole edes käytössä, huoneet ovat valoisia, ei paineita. On olemassa pysäköinti, ilman että se on varmasti ongelmallista, koska keskus, meille oli myös tärkeä hetki.
