This is a fairly new hotel sitiated on the Sukhumvit Road, there us a stylish resturant on the same site, my room is fair size and with balcony and a view, this place is good people for with own car as many parking space behind the hotel, it is far away for restaurants ,shopping and bars etc also no good for people sensitive with noice as there is arail track nearby, can hear noises whem trains pass. for the price i pay , it is ok to take into the pro and con but may not suitable for everyone

Super good accommodation with great location (7 minutes from pier and city centre by bike or car), nice breakfast, good facilities and amazing rooma with view.

Fantastic hotel facility. Harbour land and laser tag is free. There are 2 amusement park rides. Which is super fun. Everyone is clean and well maintained. Free flow of coffee and tea and juice at lobby. Very very happy kids here 😀😀

We had a great stay at this hotel! The property is modern and stylish, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Big thank you to one of the managers, Kat, for helping us with our issues. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with top-notch service!

Haven't stayed at a better hotel for this price. Big rooms, balcony, tv with Netflix, amazing location in the heart of the beautiful town of siracha. Kind, polite and helpful staff would love to stay here again.

Location is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food. There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian. At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times. Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat. Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times. The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more. There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men. The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way. Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon. Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.

I had wonderful experience during my stay. The room is clean and pretty. Friendly staff, variety of breakfast. Love to visit again.

The hotel's greatest assets are its spacious rooms and convenience for guests traveling by car. That said, we felt the experience could be significantly enhanced with greater attention to cleanliness and general upkeep.

1) i booked this hotel after setting a swimming pool search requirement and there was a pool picture on their profile. However, when i reached the property, the staff told me it would be ready for use only after 2-3 months. The profile piool picture was actually like a lotus pond on the property. 2) after checking in, the reception pointed to my room saying the key was at the door. Not having a keycard is not so convenient eapecially for a very new hotel {see next complain below) 3) at night, the door is lit but the keyhole area is not. The door is black, the keylock is black ao it's very dim and difficult to insert the key without the phone flash. 4) bad odor coming from toilet 5) room had a smell upon entering since the aircon wasn't turned on and it was very hot inside. I turned onthe AC to 20C and full blast on the blower, left the front door open and the room cooled down in 15 minutes. Btw, i checked in around 6pm already. 6) some ants on the TV stand/table 7) water coming down AC blower in the morning 8) no soap provided but there were small containers of shampoo, conditioner and body gel wash 9) location is not easily accessible and have to be careful not to turn right at the wrong street. The sign on the main road was at street level and not too large, there was a car parked beside it so it was a bit hidden 10) area is nice outdoor glamping vibe but would have been better with a working pool

All was well, except that there was a local festival out at the end of the causeway, and I could not relax in my room, as the music and bass penetrated the room. Just check on local activities prior to booking, I guess. It was not the fault of the Lofts. It's a fantastic, seaside hotel.
