Vaimoni ja minä olimme Awesome hotellissa pari yötä ja olimme hyvin vaikutteita, suuri hotelli poikkeuksellisen palvelun. Rakasti katseen ja tunne hotelli, joka sijaitsee pohjoispuolella Urbiztondo ranta vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalla kaikki kahvilat, ravintoloita jne.. Huone oli erinomainen, mukava määrä huonetta, laadultaan TV, kylpyhuone ja pesutarvikkeet (käytä paraben ilmainen kylpygeeli jne.). Meillä oli huone katsella uima-altaalla ja meren näkymä, joka oli kaunis. Shaina vastaanottoon tarkisti meidät sisään ja ulos ja teki upean työn, erittäin tehokas ja ystävällinen palvelu. Muutama palautepiste - Pool ei ollut saatavilla, koska he olivat tehneet joitakin työtä, olisi ollut hyvä tietää tämä ennen varausta. Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.

The room is good, smell nice and spacious.the bed is comfy.no view but you can book rooms with window view. The shower and bathroom is spacious. But you need to wash your bum with dipper because the bidet spray is connected to the shower but all in its nice to stay here in travelite express la union.😁 the staffs are friendy.When your using the elevator going up the staff need beep a card to use the elevator but going down no need. 🫠

The room is clean and nice, it has a veranda for you to enjoy the view of the resort. My kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and they have life guards. The staff are very accommodating. We requested to extend pool time for night swimming and they assisted us and appointed a lifeguard to watch over us. Thank you.

The room I got was on promo. And it did not disappoint for a solo traveler. Rooms are clean and has 24/7 info desk which were very nice and welcoming. Would recommend this place and would consider re-booking the next time!

The wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room. But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

I was transferred to the other branch which is in San fernando, The place is really nice 2 mins walk to go to the beach and 5-10 mins ride to san juan. The land lady is very accomodating will surely comeback.
